Great location and food other than I don't understand why this place can never get the sauces right. Everything else is accurate so it's weird this small thing is wrong every single order.

My sister ordered us 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread sticks. It took FOREVER to get here. Then, once we got it, both pizzas are smashed and the bread sticks are almost folded in half....like they put the bag on end. I TRIED to call to have something done, and instead got hung up on TWICE. Horrible service. Just horrible.

My gf called in an order and went to get it at the croco branch in topeka. And the lady was super rude telling her she never called and placed an order so i called the number that was in my phone and guess who answered. So then she tried arguing with me about not callin that store when i redialed the same number. Anyway my gf had already RE ORDERED before i called up there to tell them they was wrong and when my gf went BACK in for the second 35 minute wait she said they didnt make it because i was rude! đ someones on a power trip no wonder the quality at that branch has gone way down!!!

Apparently Papa Johnâs doesnât do their own delivery any longer but the website doesnât say that. Our food was ordered for 11:30 delivery. It was 45 minutes late. I even called after 20 minutes of waiting which is how I found out about them outsourcing to DoorDash for delivery. Then I got a message from our driver that they were out of something I ordered. They didnât mention that when I called and spoke to the manager so it delayed my delivery even more. Ridiculous.

I love Papa Johns. The pizzas were really good before but the last four times I got there it was just weird. My order is usually the five topping pizza with olives on only one half and the other toppings are jalapeno, onions, mushrooms and spinach. They have been overdoing the jalapenos and olives for some reason. I do have some pictures and it's not fun just eating jalapenos. The pictures are from the last three times I've ordered it and I think the amount is just very questionable. You cannot see other toppings and it just is bad. I hope they work on that. Maybe the people preparing the pizzas aren't getting good instructions since I did order the pizza on call. I hope they work on it.

Picked up an order for my Granddaughter who is a 3rd teacher at Williams Magnet School. She was having pizza for her students as a reward. She ordered 6 pizzas and when I asked if I could have 17 paper plates the staff they no longer provide paper plates with orders. So I told my granddaughter order from Marcos from now on their "School Friendly".
