Picked up an order for my Granddaughter who is a 3rd teacher at Williams Magnet School. She was having pizza for her students as a reward. She ordered 6 pizzas and when I asked if I could have 17 paper plates the staff they no longer provide paper plates with orders. So I told my granddaughter order from Marcos from now on their "School Friendly".

I ordered online from this store and they said they didn't recive the order. Because of that they said they couldn't refund my payment I'd made online. The lady on the phone said if I wanted my order I'd have to pay again. Too bad I can't give zero stars. Don't order here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited at the register for 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When the manager decided to finally come outta the office the line at the register was 5 deep. My food was cold when I finally got it the pizza was undercooked and cold.

Food was amazing, staff was friendly they didn't have bone in wings and they called and let me change my order, and delivery was quick!
Ordered a Shaqaroni It was dry, barely pepperoni and I asked for whole pepperoni. It had More cheese than anything. .Looked nothing like the tv commercial they show. Didn't have that pizza taste flavor at all. I've gotten better before . Disappointed. Think I'll stick to Casey's pizza.Also ordered this pizza and picked up around evening after 4 .

I've had lots of good pizzas from Papa Johns over the years but I got the worst pizza I've ever gotten from anywhere here on Monday night. My pizza was ordered in the evening but there was still 3 hours until close when I ordered. The pizza had so much cheese you couldn't take the pieces apart, the dough wasn't even cooked in the center, and the crust that was done was so hard it wasn't edible. We didn't even eat it. Tried to call and the phone just rang and rang. Disappointed tbh.

The delivery driver named Tabatha needs an attitude adjustment. Ma'am you need to watch how you speak to people. You're lucky I'm not the person I was ten years ago. And the I understand if you don't have anywhere for your kids to go for a night but you shouldn't let them run all around the kitchen. They could cause an accident not to mention putting their hands in people's food. Ijs
