I ordered ahead for pickup at 6:15pm on a Thursday. I ordered a pizza and a salad. When I went into the restaurant everyone seemed like they were getting ready for close. I went to pickup my pizza then asked about the salad. They didn't have any ready, so I waited at least 10 minutes for the salad that was made of the toughest pieces of a chunk of iceberg lettuce.Completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead

Good pizzaVegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but we always get the veggie pizza with a pepperoni for our kids.
The pizza had way too much oil on it. It leaked out in the car, my husband's shoes and all the way on the sidewalk up to the house. I had to get a towel to put under it to bring it in the house. Not good!

Associates were super rude. Made us feel like we were a hinderance and we were just picking up pizza. We were never talked to or acknowledged and the associate basically pointed to everything to answer our questions.

I called 4 times. Was hung up on 3 by someone named Melanie. The 4th time I placed my order with a very polite young man who informed me it'd 35 minutes, and they don't have salad. ??
Placed phone order to be picked up, got home went to make my grandson’s pizza and they still put onions on it after i requested them not to and asked them several times to make sure they heard me and was assured that there would not be onions on it, well needless to say they were closing when i cld them to complain so the mngr worked it out with his mngr that they would send me a gift card in the mail so that i could go in and have the pizza remade whenever i wanted to,, however I’ve yet to receive anything from them as of yet and it has been close to a month now sunce this happened

Recently bought a beautiful $10 pie on $10 Tuesday at the Gage location, and even though the place was packed the worker was cheerful as she took my order and did about 10 other things at the same time. They were friendly, fast,And created a work of art. Thanks

Tonight, this location was absolutely drowning with pizza orders thanks to the final four game. There were only three employees working, but they were sure working hard to get every pizza right, and they were patient and kind. Even when people were upset about delays, such respect was given. I'll be back!

I Loved this store!!!! The Assistant manager Nathan is such an amazing guy! Super nice. Usually a fast store unless they are backed up on pizzas. I enjoy my experience there
