I waited for 50 minutes to get a single pizza. 2 customers that came in after me got their orders before I did, and their orders were larger and more complicated. There doesn't appear to be any kind of management or leadership on staff at night. Truly disappointing.

I am a big fan of Papa Murphy's, however, this location has me disappointed! They are not representing the brand, very well, by having a messy store with employees who are not very professional. When I asked the gentleman, who was taking my order, a question - he flat ignored me and just stared!!! Halfway through the order, they let me know that they were out of a main ingredient and asked us to choose another topping. Yes, they offered another topping... The issue is that it's not the same and we would've ordered something completely different if they would've told us before hand. The store was a mess and they were just standing around when we walked in. I talked with corporate before I posted this, because I didn't want to post something negative because I love Papa Murphy's, and they told me they'd let the store know. That was 3 days ago and I've heard nothing back. I gave 2 stars because the pizza wasn't bad. I would've given a better review, and may even change it, if the store owner/manager would get back to me! ?♂️

A very friendly manager and staff. Although getting busy, I made an error in my order, yet they were very accommodating to make it right with it being my error. Thank you very much!!!

I love Papa Murphy's! I just like being able to save money and cook my own pizza at home! It's nice, fresh, and hot at dinner time and tastes great! Their cookie dough and cheesy bread sticks are wonderful as well!! Try it! I think you'll agree!?
