Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

It seems as if the Topeka stores only have rude store managers. Every time I go in, any of the Topeka locations, the manager is being extremely rude and mean to their employees. Makes me not want to spend my money here. I also feel extremely bad for the employees having to work in that environment. My cashier was wonderful, but the manager was verbally abusive to the cashier. This is sad because the food is really good!

I ordered a pizza and a salad online for delivery bc my car us broke down. They use door dash... they didn't bring my salad. Said call door dash... door dash said call them. No refund so they took my money and said nothing i can do. No one takes responsibility so ordered once and never again for pizza that didn't even taste that good when all i wanted was salad sincethe pizza was fir the kids.... wish I could give zero stars and actually get my money for something I never received. I feel cheated.

No stars. I love Papa Murphy’s pizza and have ordered from this store many times.
Today I place an order at 3:08 pm. Received email and text confirmation that the order will be delivered at 4:01 pm. 4:30, I call the store and spoke to Courtney. He told me that my order was ready for pick up. I stated I ordered delivery. He told me he doesn’t know what the problem is with Door Dash. Long story short, I asked for a refund because I had no way to pick-up the pizza. He told me that I would have to request that from door dash. I mentioned that I ordered the pizza from the stores website. I was then told that I had to request a refund on line.

5 minutes later, I received a call from Melissa from Door Dash stating that she was on the way to pick-up my pizza and was on her way. She mentioned that she had just received the order confirmation. I received my pizza within 5 minutes after the call from her.

Courtney was rude, he was yelling at me and making excuses. Telling me that they had to come to work in this bad weather to make pizzas.

It’s apparent that he did not have my order as delivery. Just tell me it was a mistake and I’m okay with it. Don’t lie and be rude. I will no longer use this store. I will go to the store on Gage.

We miss having our Papa Murphy's in Great Bend so much! Since we were hoping to be staying in Topeka for a few days it was great to be able to get our favorites again (Thai and Gourmet Vegetarian). The store on 29th did a good job.

Ordered online, but didn't receive all of my food. There was no customer service number listed on the website and no manager available to speak with. I had to leave a message with someone that I was requesting a refund.
