Employees wore no gloves while making our pizza. According to code if making pizza you don’t have to unless handling raw material. Ordered wings and they were touching our wings with no gloves on. On top of all this, this is my second time ordering pizza there and they’ve messed it up completely. Probably will be my last time going back there.

First off I give 5 stars to Estephan because he went above and beyond for us the 25th. Now I give negative 5 stars to the crew tonight 26th . They absolutely got my delivery order wrong. Let's start from the beginning. I order a supreme pizza no green peppers and cheese bread oh amd 2 liter of diet Pepsi. I'm sorry we are out of cheese bread for the night. Ok whatever. So they get my food here and the guy gives me pizza and a 2 liter of Dr pepper . I tell guy no it's diet Pepsi he took the Dr pepper amd basically said have a good night. So we open pizza and it has pepperoni, mushrooms, cheese Maybe an onion u can't tell. Amd cold. So we call the pizza hut and tell the guy that he took Dr. Pepper we didn't order amd that we at least want our diet Pepsi. So the guy says we'll we don't have delivery drivers u ordered from door dash. I'm no u sent a text telling us u were pulling up but he continued to argue. Then my guy gets on the phone and he tells my guy we will be there in a half hour to 45 minutes to pick up the wrong items. Again he didn't listen to me I told him the driver took the Dr. Pepper and what you don't think we gonna eat and wait another 45 minutes so u can take the first pizza back when we didn't even ask for a replacement we just was letting him know it was wrong. He decided to replace it. Needless to say he can't handle customer complaints cuz he hung up on us. To the guy on the phone. Please work on your customer service skills if your gonna work with the public. This was an easy fix. Replace the Dr pepper with Pepsi and we woulda been happy instead u argued and treated us like it was our fault. So I guess we sit here and wait to see if we even get what we paid for cuz the coward hung up on us.
Update been waiting so we call and get hung up on again so I called back and said we paid for food and 2 liter can we please have what we paid for amd he tells us we got our food and the coward hangs up again. Pizza hut is this the kinda people u want to represent u? All I wanted was my diet Pepsi amd he did all this. Needless to say we won't be ordering from here.

Manager called me letting me know he was out of dough for the specific pizza I wanted, got me hooked on another deal and made the process so easy. Everyone there deserves a thank you and a good job you all are amazing!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars on the service I received at this North Topeka Pizza Hut. My mother wanted a personal pizza and some bone-in wings on a My Hut meal. I wasn't aware that they only offer boneless wings on this deal. The amazing person who took our order offered us bone-in at no upcharge. He was incredibly nice and understanding and made me feel like more than an average customer. I will definitely be buying all of my Pizza Hut purchases from this store only. The food was fresh and made quickly.

Very fast service, I just walked in and ordered my pizza and before I knew it, the pizza was done and I was on my way. The pizza was delicious, I prefer the pan pizza with extra cheese and pineapple.

Inconsistent pizzas

I took my 2 small children. We ordered 3 personal PAN size pizzas. And 6 wings, we spent $37 and change when they served us on a meal at our table and I asked for ranch. They told me it would be another 75 cents, but I had already paid and was not going to swipe my debit card. First 75 cents.
So I ate my Buffalo wings with no ranch.

Terrible customer service, absolutely terrible. Went in to order and were not informed that it’s carry out only. Bathrooms were closed, couldn’t even wash hands. The lady (girl) taking the order had a wad of chew in her mouth. Nobody stayed present while the order was being prepared to answer questions. I wanted to ask if there was any place to wash up and the cook yelled at me to step the ONE step back that I took beyond the counter (so I wouldn’t have to yell so loud). It was noon on a Friday, and the place was deserted, I can see why. Do not grace them with your business. Since there are many, many other one star reviews here I can see the owner has no desire to try to correct their service.

This Pizza Hut made a mistake on our pizza for our kids with a dairy allergy. We went back to get one and they said they sent a remake out for delivery which never arrived. Finally they gave us a credit. We went in Today to get it and was talked about behind the counter which made my teenage daughter who had a dairy allergy very upset. The manager was saying yeah these people just got a free pizza and the didn’t say dairy allergy this time just no cheese they would die if they knew about all the cheese back here. Will not be using this location again.

I called & was put on hold for what was supposed to be a 2 minute wait. 35 minutes later I was cut off. I took the on hold announcement's advice, "don't wait for us" but I didn't order on line. While waiting on hold I drove to KFC.
