I wash picking up an order around 9:30pm, as I'm walking in i can see literally all three staff in office talking. Btw they saw me when I walked by the window. I go to counter, a guy walks out and starts working on some order, and then took 5 minutes to turn around and give me the order that had been ready sitting there, while the female employee sat in office doing nothing the whole time.... customer service in 2024, I did a better job at jobs like this in highschool.

The app messed up and said our food had been delivered. When we called we were assured it was just an error and out food was on its way. It arrived a few minutes later by a very nice gentleman.

Anyone else not able to make rewards work or special offers they send you on the app?? I am fed rewards and special offers are a joke.. tried so many things to make it work i am now locked out.. then there is a chat site you can get help...only it never opens.. just like all the other crappy weg options they need a new webMaster!

I was a little disappointed this time when I got there they had my order under a different name I blame the call center for that ,but my pizza was ready but not my cheese stick they hadn't put them in yet so my pizza sat in the heated stove until my cheese stick was ready which by then my pizza wasn't as hot.
