I was looking forward to this new Pizza Hut. I have ordered twice now and both times the food is very subpar. You know the pizza is bad when even the kids don’t want it! I’ll be ordering pizza from a different Company from now on.

Just called Pizza Hut placed the order an hour later no one was showed up called the store. They said that they could not deliver it. I asked them why and they told me that evidently my business was not good enough. I didn’t pay enough. I’ve never in my life been treated like that Knowing that I’ve been dealing with the same Pizza Hut for a very long time I would recommend buying a pizza from them.
Great experience the manager and the employees are very helpful and nice and clean love the new store, could use a sit area but other then that its great!!!

The ordering on the app was easy and flawless, picking my order up at the window was a whole different experience. I ordered and paid the $1 extra for pan crust and i got handtossed, when i asked for the ranch dressing i paid for, the lady at the window acted like i was trying to get over on them. And her apperance was bumminsh and dirty looking. A pizza hut shirt woth a ripped bottom hem and croc shoes. She looked like she crawled out from under the bridge to work the window. I will not be going back to that store anytime soon.
Refused to replace food. After calling them multiple times they threatened to call the cops for harassment

Trash restaurant, general manager Terry is very rude Everytime I order from this specific pizza hut there's always something they are never delivering and when they do it's always bull this store needs closed down VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STORE!

Pizza looked like it was carried on it's side, everything had slid off, and boxes were wet when they were delivered. Staff refused to help, and manager was "too busy" to talk to me.

The girl at the cash register tonight needs to be fired. My order was completely wrong TWICE then I tried calling to correct it and she put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called again and she put me on hold again. Now I just want my money back but I can’t even get ahold of the girl to request it!
