If you list that you open at 10:30 am, you should be prepared to take orders, after waiting 5 minutes still haven't placed order went to Churches, pulled up placed order immediately and received within 3 minutes. That's what you call being prepared to serve when you're "open"!!!!.

I've never been to a place where the service was so poor. These individuals could be considered rude and lacking in customer service skills. They take forever to get to you at the drive-thru window and lock up the dining room early, almost always. The food is very pricey and mediocre. It's sad that it's the only one we have in town! The owner should be ashamed of how their franchise is being run, extremely poorly, in my opinion. I normally don't give negative feedback, but the way I and others were treated yesterday, I had to say something.

Worst experience ever . We were in the drive thru for 10-20 mins waiting for someone to take our order , we then moved up to the window and they acted like they didn’t see us .

Waited 30 mins in line, didn't have dark meat (would be another 20 mins), ordered 8 piece spicy and regular, large mashed potatoes half full, Cole slaw was old, chicken not fully cooked. Horrible job for $40! So disappointed!!

This location is the only one topeka and has no fine in only drive thru. I have been here three times to get the new wings and every time they say we do not have new wings. No matter what the promotion is this location seems to not be able to uphold advertisement. This is a clear sign of poor management.

Lobby was closed with no sign. Drive thru had 8 cars and we got tired of sitting and waiting in line after 14min with no movement so left.3 employees stood outside smoking and chatting while we were in line.

Waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes only to pull up to the window where help says that it’s a 30 minute wait for chicken! This has occurred several times. This also occurred at 6pm (dinner time). And was our last time at this Popeyes location. We ended up going to Churches Chicken, less than 6 blocks away.
What is the point of having a lobby if it's never open? It is 2 in the afternoon...there is NO reason the lobby should be closed in the middle of the day..we left and we will spend our money somewhere we can go sit and enjoy our meal....one year later...lobby STILL closed. Atp yall just lazy as hell. Still won't spend money here tho ??♀️

Their chicken is not good enough for the wait. Literally 20-30 minute wait every single time regardless of how many cars are in line. Ghetto, rude staff. So many better places you can go in town.
