Been here 3 times and each time has been inexcusably bad. The first time we had made reservations at 10:30am for 7:30pm for valentines. When we got there the lobby was absolutely packed with hardly any tables full. After an hour of waiting a host told the lobby that they were unable to serve anyone because of the wait. Because it was valentines no where else had less than a 2 hour wait. We ended up eating fast food instead. Not only was our valentines ruined but at least 25 other couples as well. An hour wait with a reservation is unjustifiable. Not only did we wait the hour we were then completely turned away along with everyone in the lobby who also had reservations. The second time there was again a 50min wait while legitimately there was maybe 7 seats full. The third time (tonight) we again made reservations and were again still told there was going to be a 2 hour wait. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or not, but I am extremely disappointed. Please look further into this location. The manager was rude and short with us and the customers after us. This is unacceptable.

This place is usually a great place to eat in other towns. The one in Topeka is being ran very well. Would not usually write a review but have tried visited 3 times recently and always have over an hour wait time even though only have the restaurant seating is being used. One time we even had a reservation and when we got there early we had a two hour wait. Love the food usually but this restaurant location is not being ran well at the moment.

The shrimp were tiny. The food was overcooked. Tables were left with dirty dishes and tables that were cleaned they left the dirty dishes in trays out by the booths the entire time. The carpet looked like it had been a while since it was vacuumed as the floor had paper and stuff throughout the restaurant. Makes you less than confident that dinner will be good if the restaurant is not clean.Why are tails left on shrimp in the linguine? Over half the inside of fish and chips batter contained no fish.Employees were nice, I just don't think they have been trained to get dishes to the back and to keep tables and floors cleanPositive thing to say is the people working there are friendly. Hopefully cooks get trained and front of restaurant gets people looking after it.Restaurant looks old and and needs refurbishing. I hope they get more experienced help as this was a great place about a year ago.Oh and there was a 30 minute wait they said that was making people leave even though the restaurant was only 25 percent full. Wait was actually 5 minutes. Host stand people were nice and pleasant.Just get them help. Don't want to respond on Facebook.

I made a reservation on "Google Reserve A Table" for Valentines evening. I called 2 days prior to the reservation to verify that they acknowledged reservations from Google Reserve A Table. It was confirmed that they did use it and that I did have a reservation. When my wife and I showed up for our reservation, we were told that it would be a 2 hour wait. Sorry Red Lobster, but we will not be back. When a customer has a reservation, they planned ahead to avoid the wait!!!

Spent $82 total(+18% tip) without an appetizer. The lobster smelled bad and tasted gross for both dishes our party had. The steak was extremely tough to chew through. Drinks are very pricey for something you can get cheaper in other places.Good thing was the cheddar biscuits!Expect nothing less from a Topeka restaurant.

Came for my wife’s Valentines birthday. She loved the lobster and steak. Mother in law loved the shrimp. I had fish and chips. Service was great. Bethany, our server and manager, Matthew, made her birthday meal
