Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Waste of my time. We called in an hour early for a party of 20, said that was no problem. Got there and they said 20 more mins. 45 mins later, no sign that they were holding any tables for us, and watching 30+ people get seated that walked in after us, we left.
The hostess was actively avoiding us. They knew they couldnt seat us and wasted out time.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

We had Ben as our server. What a WONDERFUL and friendly server. He was so attentive and ready to get anything that we needed.

We had such a great experience thanks to our waiter, Ben! He was extremely friendly, checked in on us often, and made sure our food and drinks were perfect. It’s rare to find service that feels this genuine. We will definitely be coming back because of the excellent service! Thank you Ben!

Our server was great and so was the food. I did feel a little rushed, even though they weren't very busy, but that may be the norm now for restaurants.

They didnt even give us menus told us to look online. Not friendly in kc red robin was nice this wasnt nice

I have absolutely nothing good to say about the manager that walked past my kids and i tonight to registered and sat two other groups that cam in after us. He didn’t even bother registering us as we stood waiting. Today is 20 October at 1940.

Went to get a burger after work with my child. Got seated and never once did a waiter come ask if I needed anything. Waited close to half a hour and never got served. I had to leave because I have a child who was getting hungry.

Arrived around dinner time. There was very few people inside. Most waiters were standing around and there appeared to be more waiters then customers. Got told waiters would be with us shortly. We waited 20 minutes while two waiters stared at us and never even got asked for drinks.

Great burger and wait staff was diligent in making sure all our needs were met and we were happy. Food came out a little cold but still good.
