Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I am revising my review. This used to be my favorite place. This last time we were there was my final straw. The fries were cold and mushy my burger was dry and we ordered more fries and they never came. I love mushroom burgers and this was the worst one I have had in my life thus far. Definitely not the Red Robin I know and love.

I had the California chicken sandwich which is basically a fast food chicken sandwich for twice the price. It was bland and it was supposed to have avocado which was non-existent. Actually I would say that Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches are better for half the price.

I don’t visit these too often but maybe I should. Big thanks to Gloria taking care of me at the bar. Make sure you try the chili cheese garlic fries!!! I wouldn’t recommend them on a date.

Took my mom there Saturday for an early dinner . Got there about 4-430. I want to give my greatest praise to Ivan , the host that seated us. Very courteous and mindful young man. My mom is older and has a cane. He walked slower than normal to accommodate her. Was very nice . Food was great . Thank you

Hadn't been to Red Robin in awhile due to an experience with poor service in the past (about a year ago). This trip, both the service and food was amazing! Our waiter, Cayden, did an outstanding job taking care of our table, despite how busy they were. The bottomless fries were truly that- bottomless. They have won my business back and we are happy to say that we will be returning again soon!

My grand daughter chose this restaurant after her preschool program and had a great time! She even won with the claw grab game! Thank you Red Robin!

We went sunday night. Not busy at all. Sat in the bar area. Barely could even get service. Or fries. Or anything. We were the only people seated in the bar area. And it took forever for everything. 0 stars. It's so hard to support local. When everything local is trash.

Sitting there for 30 min after being told it would be a 10 min wait. Watched as 20 people got ushered in and then a walk in group of 7 was seated and they arrived way after us.

My favorite place to dine when eating out. I feel safe eating gluten free meals there.

Our server Marisa was top notch. I took my grandkids there last Friday and Marisa greeted us. When she took our orders she greeted each of my grandkids and focused on their needs. My grandkids were amazed that she replenished their drinks without asking. Her commitment to quality customer service showed all of us what a quality server does for their customers. Thank you for teaching my grandkids what to expect to a quality server. Services like this requires a very healthy tip to show them we very much appreciate them. Awesome experience

We got seated almost as soon as we walked through the door. Our server was friendly. Food was great. The jalapeño heatwave wasn't as hot (spicy) as I'd expected, but the flavor was pretty good.
