They revamped their menu and you can now get bottomless sides. I was able to get broccoli instead of fries and this made it a game changer for me to try to stay on a healthier path.

Love the food, but the multiple times I've been there it seems like they forget you're there from the moment you sit down. 2 of the times I went they didn't even bring fries to the table until the food was on the table. Also a mushroom Swiss burger should have some kind of sauce/gravy. That was the driest burger I've eaten in a long time. I've enjoyed everything else ive had there,

The floor was so sticky that my flip flop stuck to the floor and broke walking to the table. I had to ask for more fries. They seemed like they were in a hurry to get us out. The waitress seemed like she hated her job, very stand offish. She seemed like she was in a hurry to get us out. Should have gone to McDonald's, food would have tasted better.

Always enjoy bringing the family. Just wish them fries came a little faster and more frequently. Kinda like chips at a Mexican restraunt.Kid-friendliness: Great with kids, has activity boards for them and the adults.
Imma be honest, some of my experiences with Red Robin have been rough. Last night was completely perfect, our waiter G was incredible from starter to dessert! G was professional and kind to my family especially my son, asking him what he would like and if he needed anything extra. My fiance and I shared an appetizer and split a meal. G brought our plates split perfectly, he kept us topped up on drinks and ranch the entire time. I can't process regular potatoes so G made sure I got sweet potato fries whenever I needed. My son wanted a sundae for dessert and when he declined chocolate syrup, G made sure to ask if he wanted any of the other syrups available, then made sure he got the sundae he wanted with the sprinkles and whipped topping he asked for. Make sure you tip well when you get a server like G!
