Went to Roxy’s this afternoon. I ordered the mounds donut sundae. Oh my goodness. It was amazing. The donuts buried in the ice cream stayed crispy and yummy and did not get soggy. Can’t wait to go back and try more items on their menu.

At Roxy’s, the environment was very welcoming and the staff was super friendly! I pick out the perfect dessert (peanut butter chocolate mini donuts on a sundae) and it did not disappoint. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys donuts!

I often share with friends that 'DONUTS' are my favorite food, so I couldn't wait to visit Roxy's Donut Dive & Coffee Bar! We were in luck because on the day of our visit Roxy's partnered with KC Taco Food Truck. How can you miss with both Tacos & Donuts? The small order-at-the-counter restaurant was clean. The staff were friendly & efficient. I was a little leery of the Donut & Ice Cream Combo, so I ordered a dozen Mini Donuts with a White Chocolate Drizzle. They were tasty, though I have to admit I like a traditional donut better. That being said, I can see myself stopping by for a little sweet treat when I am in the area! Especially if the KC Taco Food Truck is visiting! Yum!

We tried Roxy's on its initial opening weekend. We spoke with the owner, who was delighted to be dealing with way more traffic than initially expected. Despite the unexpected business, Roxy's service was incredibly quick and pleasant. We had some of the ice cream (lactose free!) as well as some of the specialty peanut butter mini doughnuts. They were excellent. We will definitely be back.

Donuts are good. However slowest service I’ve ever seen.Over heard another customer waiting in line said last time she would go there as she needed to get to work.Waiting for almost 15 minutes is too long.

The donuts were good enough but the customer service was really lacking. The person behind the counter seemed extremely shy & wouldn’t look me in the eye. She told us nothing about our choices. I ordered 2 donuts & she said they were small so I got 1/2 dozen. That seemed like a lot but turns out they were very tiny. No greeting or explanation of what they offered. I probably will not go back. It’s too bad that it ended up being my first impression of a new business. I do try to shop local.

I feel as if reviews should be an honest reflection of your experience. So here we go. To start off I had gone in a few days ago to try it out since I seen it on the news. I go in and I order with what I had thought to be clear directions. She range it up and it came up to $71 and some change and she never mentioned a price until I entered my card then she turned the tablet around and I hut the accept button without looking at the price. I then obviously reviewed the order and realized the communication mistake. I was then offered free stuff which I didnt not want and i left after contacting my bank. I came back today with a family member to try the place out and give it another shot. Well we ordered and quickly relized they a serious about the mini part. Each donut consist of maybe half a teaspoon of batter and a table spoon of whatever sauce or topping you ask for. In my opinion for $5 six half dollar sized onion rings looking donuts will never bring back repeat customers. Dont get me wrong it tasted great but the portions are extreamly too small. Second issue the girl that works the register has a bad attitude and kills the vibe in that place.

I really wanted to like this place since I'd been to a similar concept in Olathe and it was really good. But no just no to this place. First off they aren't ready to actually be in business. The drive thru doesn't actually work and you order at the window. But that would have been ok until I saw how they are making the donuts while parked at the window. The gentleman, presumably the owner, is not wearing a mask. That would have been bad enough until I watched him take his gloved hand and wiped it across his nose and face and continue to make donuts!! Needless to say, I said no thank you when they then handed me those donuts. Don't know how they taste. Never will. Not worth dying for.
