Downstairs is an absolute gem of a speakeasy cocktail lounge. Playful menus, delicious cocktails; this establishment has no right being in Kansas. Wish I had found this place sooner.
First of all . . . it is the staff here that enhance everything about this charming place! They are exceptional! And then there's the unique cocktails! Oh, and the food! We loved the stuffed mushrooms and the free spicey little pretzels. Water served in a wine bottle,of course! We began our late evening upstairs with charming Hannah, the sommelier. My dirty martini, though off the menu, was perfection. Hubs had the "Penicillin" which I'm sure could cure...
Salut is a hidden gem. The staff is absolutely amazing. Gabby is a wonderful server, and Jacob is the best mixologist in Kansas!! The owners are very prestent and are very personable. They have a great wine selection, and cocktails are top-notch!! I Reccomend this for your next date night!
