I just had a great experience at this location. All of the employees were exceptionally friendly, the lobby was clean, the drink area (clean and tidy) was well-stocked, and my sandwich was so delicious, I HAD to write a review. Keep it up, Schlotsky’s, and thank you for serving the BEST gluten-free bread of any sandwich chain!

Came in about hour til close to get their signature cinnamon roll. Waited patiently to be waited on for about five minutes before anyone even noticed I was their. Then requested a cinnamon roll which the employee a young Caucasian girl who demeanor gave off an I don't want to be here vibe asked if their where any in front? I explained to her that the ones in front looked old/dry, and asked if I could have one of the ones behind the counter. She goes on to tell me that those are for tomorrow and that we have to sell the ones in front first. Which I don't understand why they would want to sell me day old dry cinnamon roll. So unfortunately ended up going to the other location on the other side of town just to get a cinnamon roll. That looks right

I have been a customer for years. I have an unusual order but it's not that unusual that I deserved what I got treated like today. My customer service experience from the gage schlotzsky's was awful. When I explained that I had allergies to certain things and ordered a sandwich a certain way, the cashier made fun of me. This person was old enough to be my grandma but still continue to make fun of me for ordering the way I did. Then proceeded to tell me that they couldn't make my sandwich that way even though they had gone in the back and asked and the manager said it was fine. And I've had the sandwich made this way for the last 5 years without any issues. I've never experienced anything like this before so I just excuse myself I went to the other schlotzsky's where they are so much better.

Canceled my order and hung up on me twice and told me to contact Door dash. I'm done with this place. They would NOT give me my money back saying it was on door dash.
Husband LOVES Schlotsky's! Hates that we don't have one in our town, so when we see one, he has to stop. The Original sandwich is delicious. Go and enjoy!

They are great but was a new kid working by himself, felt so sorry for him 1st day and being thrown on register you don't know. OK he messed up my sandwich in computer and tried to catch the cook but it was made already. Not his fault, the cook threw my sandwich back through the oven again and it was then burnt and hard. I ate it only because the poor young man kept coming over and apologizing and wanted to BUY me a new sandwich. Yes he would of had to buy it. I declined and ate. Still amazing place eat and amazing staff. Thank you
