The store's computer system was down, no biggie. The manager took and made my order anyway. I ate my sandwich and went to pay, still no computer. He was only going to charge me $5 for 2 sandwiches and I said, "No, you guys have bills to pay." I gave him $20 cash and thanked him for the service. Great store and great service!!!

Food: pretty good. Price: egregiously high for what you get. Service: absolutely unacceptable. The workers take forever to make food, they treat customers like dirt, and they cuss frequently in earshot of customers, including children. The managers don't solve any problems when they're reported. Everyone has an attitude. I emailed corporate about a horrible experience I had with my family recently, and all I got was a sad attempt to dismiss my concerns from Chris Artzer, who is supposedly the director of operations. The workers violated fire code by locking us in, they cussed within earshot of us, including my daughter, they hurried us along and couldn't or wouldn't answer questions about the menu, and several other issues I won't itemize here, and he only addressed a few of my concerns by dismissively saying "we'll discuss this in a meeting." I never got a follow-up, and when I asked for one, he just reiterated that he discussed the issues in a meeting. What does that mean? Was anything actually addressed? Was anyone reprimanded for their unacceptable behavior? Was anyone willing to apologize? Were any changes made? If you don't have problems here, great, but when you do (it's a question of when, not if), don't expect anyone to resolve the issues.

Ordered through UberEats. The driver grabbed the wrong order, which cost about a quarter of what ours cost. When I couldn't get a response through UberEats, I called the store. The lady that answered was super nice. They remade our food and I picked it up. The profusely apologized, even though it wasn't their fault. They even included cinnamon rolls for the inconvenience. I wish I could remember the ladies name! Thank you again!

Bait and switch? Received email for $5 "sammy". No mention of any requirement other than payment. Attempted to order online nothing but toilet bowl after check out request. Went to store and was told you needed app. Nothing about app requirement in email.Dietary restrictions: Great place to go if you don't want to eat.
The only good thing is the actual food. My mother waited a little over twenty minutes for 2 sandwiches. While my son and I were waiting in the car. Then I went and ordered 2 sandwiches which took almost the same amount of time. There was at least five employees in the kitchen area and only one seemed to actually be doing work and working with the orders and paying attention, seeing three or four employees just standing around not doing anything is ridiculous!. And then my mother had to call me out to the car because my son was getting fussy after being there for awhile waiting she mentioned to me that a gentleman came in shortly after she waited for my sandwiches and no one helped him at the counter to take his order?! Yet two employees passed by the register and saw him but did not offer to take his order?. Come on guys it doesn’t take over ten people to run that small restaurant. I’ve worked for multiple food establishments and I NEVER made a customer wait that long for a little order. And NEVER ignored a customer waiting to order.
