I come to this place all the time usually at night but I came during the day this time and they rang me up for someone else’s order and then still made me pay for mine saying that I will get refunded for the other order that they charged me for in 5 days wasn’t very professional about it at all and then when I ask to speak to a boss she the lady had attitude and said she was the boss

The big man with the shaved sides and the long ponytail is very unprofessional he is very creepy and he always ask personal questions all the time when going through the drive though and he always smoking in the back next to the trash can and the smell gets into the car when driving pass he have no self awareness

My husband and I wanted to get some protein smoothies, and well, I couldn't taste the protein our drinks. So we went to different scooters and ordered another smoothie, the same size and flavor. That place i could taste the protein in the smoothie, and I explained the situation, and the very nice workers told me to take it back and get it a refund or a new drink. We ended up back here and explained the situation. Upon pulling up to the window, the lady already seemed annoyed and angry. She kept saying you aren't supposed to taste the protein with how much we up in it and the other place is putting too much in. She did remake one of the twi drinks. When leaving, she followed our car, yelling something I didn't notice until I looked back. I had my window rolled down, thinking she'd say something one for her to throw up some signs with her fingers and yelling something to me.
I go here 3 to 4 times a day for anything between 3 to 6 coffee a day 90% of the time they are right on everything and if not they're always willing to fix

I can’t remember the name of the girl working April-16-2025. But I was headed through the drive through nearly in tears. I got up to the window and she asked how I was doing. And before I could stop myself I said not that great. That’s when the tears started rolling down my face. Obviously I wasn’t having a great day and without missing a beat she said it’s only one day and tomorrow will be better. She told me if I needed to come back and talk with her she was working until 4. So to the girl that was working when I had a complete meltdown. Thank you so much for your concern and most importantly reminding me we’re all human and crying is okay. You rock! Please don’t ever change, you are truly a heart of gold. 💛 Thanks again!
