Ordered a tea latte on the app and the description is “consists of brewed tea, sweetened with syrup and topped with freshly texturized half and half.” It was $4.95. I get home and open it because it doesn’t taste like I imagined and it’s literally just a cup of tea. For $4.95!?? What the heck. We called in and it was every excuse in the book, first claiming we didn’t ask for half and half and then claiming there was no request for sugar. They then said “we make our tea latte a little different than the app.” That’s ridiculous. It should be standard so I don’t pay for one thing and get another thing entirely. I’m not going back to this location even though they added a free drink to the books. Who knows how they’ll treat me or what they could do to my drink. If they’re making all these excuses I don’t trust them at all. Just own up to it. Why ya’ll always want us to come back so you can remake our drinks. So I can waste my gas and time because you didn’t do your job in the first place. Ridiculous.

Just got off the phone with the store manager I was complaining about how his employees doesn’t hand out receipts because I Ordered a caramel autumn blender and they gave me a hot coffee when my coworker pulls up with our coffee order and it was wrong he acted like my situation wasn’t serious. I will never get coffee from here and I get coffee from here every day.

I just got back from Scooters, I paid 5.25 for a Maple Waffle sandwich. It is the mushiest, nastiest breakfast sandwich I ever purchased. Honestly the cappuccino, sucked as well. One of the worst 12 dollars purchase I have ever made.

I love to go get latte’s from Scooters on SW Topeka Blvd in the morning on an am break between my 6:45 and 10:00 am huddles to get a delicious little energy boost. They are always busy but the employees are always very fast and provide fantastic service. Remember to leave them a tip when you go 👍
Parking: It’s in Holiday Plaza so you can find parking if you need it.
First time ordering scooters coffee. Highly disappointed because the coffee was expensive and I asked for hot pumpkin spice coffee and it was cold. Went home to heat it up!!
