One person in front of me and waited 12 minutes. Her app was not working and it took them 12 minutes to play on her phone. Should of had her come around the walk-up window instead of holding up the line. Ordered a large and was very disappointed with the size and the price for it. The drink itself was good. First time there and will never go back. SMH!

Stopped by to get 2 hot chocolates before we went to see Christmas lights. There was NO hot in chocolate, cup was cold. Take them back and asked for them to be heated. Get them back, now tastes like Luke warm watery milk. I so wanted to give scooters a chance but between poor service cold drinks and no apology, I have no reason to go back.

I love this place, especially since they are giving out their great coffee for free for the whole month of September! The staff is very friendly & upbeat; the building, signage, lawn & insides is beautiful & sparkling! It's a great asset to have on north Topeka Blvd & I'm so glad they decided to build it where an old restaurant was because it needed something new & fresh there for decades! Welcome to North Topeka. SCOOTERS!!! My new happy coffee place!

There is a walk up window... WHAAAAT? Local fast food places should get with the program. No vehicle? No problem, walk up and order. It is a bit pricey but every bit worth it. Haven't had a single unfriendly staff member to date. The food is a little weird, but I am picky so don't let that stop you from trying it.

Went to the walk up window, waited 5 minutes. Had to repeat our order twice, because she wasn't able to ring us at the window and she didn't say anything about it until after we made our order, then had to holler our order across the shop, while she rung it up. Waited another 5 minutes for our 2nd drink because the girl took it to the drive thru window, instead of bringing it with the 1st drink.
