Good sandwiches, but the fries are terrible, always soggy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but the fries have been consistently bad. They probably should consider a new type of fry or change the process.

Unfortunately, all our great experiences at Sheridan's were outweighed by the fact they completely forgot to make 2 birthday pies we not only ordered in advance, but called to confirm closer to the event. I realize accidents happen but it's hard explaining to your child what it means when someone can't manage/organize their own business. Unfortunately ever time we've ordered pies, it's something else (ran out of crust, leaving ingredients off etc). Super frustrating.

Their food is always delicious and set apart from other places I go. The chicken tenders taste real (ha) and the fries are delicious. I especially like their concretes. So many different kinds to choose from! And the pup cups are wonderful when my little guy is in the car with me.

Order two sweet peas favorites and although the custard was very tasty the toppings were very few and far between with just a couple of slices of banana and maybe a drizzle of hot fudge and cherry topping. For a $7 Sunday I was very disappointed. Ordered the chicken strip basket $11.25 with three chicken strips and a big handful of french fries that were not edible.... Fries and strips were not cooked properly, they were completely saturated with oil and raw in the middle... We threw it all in the trash after we each tried one. We will not come back. I would have added photos but I've already thrown all the food in the trash. Wasted 30 bucks. Do better.

Great place for the whole family. The food was top notch and the custard options were impressive. They were not only patient with our crew of little children but went above and beyond to make them feel welcome and special. 10 out of 10 recommend.
I love love this place! Food: we always get something new to share since the portions are extremely well. Service: since we are regulars when we are not traveling the staff treats us so well. This time we went inside to a corner booth and our food was promptly cooked. Ambiance: very cozy and quiet since ppl are too afraid to get out. Not us, we love going out, and trying new things.

Dear GM,We spoke on phone last month about a concrete order that they tried to overcharge me for. You squared it away with me then but it just happened again. Your blonde drive thru girl that wears light blue usually i think does NOT know how to take a concrete order. Went in and explained to on duty mgr.Anyway thought you'd like to know. Really frustrating that your employee doesn't know how to take a basic order yet again.Thanks.

Always a great experience (especially love the house made pork tender/fries and rootbeer and also the almond mocha concrete), with the exception of the one time we went in at night and some big curly long haired guy refused to remake the concrete they got wrong, without the receipt they didn't give us. He just argued and shut the window in our face. We haven't been back, during his shift since then.
