Disappointed is an understatement. the event was for the kids and they bailed with no notice. This food truck has proven to be unreliable for events and isnt honest if youre looking to do a fundraiser at your event.
Delicious and on point from the cheese cake to the burnt ends. The cheese potatoes are amazing too everything has the smoked taste!!!! I’d recommend them to anyone next time through this town they’re my go to

As a truck driver stuck in a parking lot for a night, this was a welcome sight and smell. I got the brisket with two sides. Great portion of brisket served open on a bun in case you want a brisket sandwich. And the sides were great! I'm not from the south but I choose the greens which were amazing and had a kick of heat to them which made it even better.
