If I could give more than negative one star I would I hope my food sits there and you guys lose money. It shouldn’t take 20 to 30 minutes through the drive-through to get your food. Obviously you’re short on staff. This is the fourth time I’ve waited for food longer than 20 minutes in the drive-through with only one car in front of me so I hope now the last four times your food has sat and you’ve lost $ I will not sit longer than 20 minutes for absolutely disgusting food anyways I ordered a $10 meal a $10 meal in each time I go through there I drive off because the weight is longer than 20 minutes through the drive-through corporate needs to be contacted this is absolutely ridiculous. Ridiculous. You guys are close to my job and how convenient is it to just order food and get back to work but no, there’s a 30 to 45 minute wait on food there that if there is even a manager on duty I’ve called I’ve complained I’ve called corporate. Nothing happens. Absolutely nothing. I don’t think corporate cares about this location with all the negative reviews in the wait time on disgusting food don’t worry I will starve for the rest of the day knowing I didn’t waste my food on absolute dog, crap, and horse bundles. You’re establishment needs to be shut down for good your employees do not care obviously if they can’t run a business correctly as I was driving off another car was also driving off. Imagine how much business you’re losing because you have a half a person working in there.

Extremely polite young staff. My favorite Midwest sonic tbh.
If I could give it a zero, I would. The girl who served me was incredibly rude. Besides charging me twice for different amounts for the same order, she brought me an incomplete order, the drink was lukewarm, the fries were cold, and she didn't even apologize. She just told me I had to wait a week for a refund. After all that, I got out of the car to see what was going on, and the manager had to come and fix the problem that the rude girl had caused. They did give me a gift card, but my money didn't go back to my account, which is where I wanted it. Nobody knows if I needed that money for gas or something else. And with the gift card, I can't pay anywhere else... They gave me the order again, but without the drinks or the chicken, and I wouldn't give that to my kids so cold. I preferred to come home and make them something else. If she serves them, they'll have a bad experience. I like eating there because the service is always good and the food is delicious, but that girl will cause them to lose a lot of customers. And she was giving my son and sister dirty looks, as if they were to blame for her bad behavior.

So this location is usually OK. Today, 2/24 waited 10 min to put in an order at the drive thru. Putting in the order had to repeat 5 times. Then waited another 15 just to get to the window when there was only 1 car in front of me and 3 in slots. Might want to look at staffing. Got to the window and they just them decided to drop my food. Ended up spending 30 min for a sandwich and drink.

Sorry to say but I tried the double smash burger and was very disappointed. I don’t normally post bad but the price was almost 7.00 and the burger was the size of a basic McDonald’s cheeseburger. Quite disappointing
The owner is a complete lair just be aware if your applying for a job you will be under paid and given a completely unprofessional interview were the boss(Anthony) couldn't even look me in the eye or shake my hand. Just a waste of time lol. Also if you work for doordash or etc make sure check the food they are real good at forgetting items as well.

Sonic advertised a 1.99 Quarter Pounder double cheeseburger special on October 16 all day. We went to get this special and it was a disappointment. It actually was a regular double cheeseburger.even if they claim by putting two Patty's together that this is a quarter pounder its misleading. They should of just said a regular double cheeseburger for the price of 1.99.
