So this location is usually OK. Today, 2/24 waited 10 min to put in an order at the drive thru. Putting in the order had to repeat 5 times. Then waited another 15 just to get to the window when there was only 1 car in front of me and 3 in slots. Might want to look at staffing. Got to the window and they just them decided to drop my food. Ended up spending 30 min for a sandwich and drink.

Sorry to say but I tried the double smash burger and was very disappointed. I don’t normally post bad but the price was almost 7.00 and the burger was the size of a basic McDonald’s cheeseburger. Quite disappointing

The owner is a complete lair just be aware if your applying for a job you will be under paid and given a completely unprofessional interview were the boss(Anthony) couldn't even look me in the eye or shake my hand. Just a waste of time lol. Also if you work for doordash or etc make sure check the food they are real good at forgetting items as well.

Sonic advertised a 1.99 Quarter Pounder double cheeseburger special on October 16 all day. We went to get this special and it was a disappointment. It actually was a regular double cheeseburger.even if they claim by putting two Patty's together that this is a quarter pounder its misleading. They should of just said a regular double cheeseburger for the price of 1.99.

I placed my order on the app. After waiting at a stall for 10 min, the screen read that “Alex” would be out with my order. After 10 I pressed the red button again to check the status on my order and Quentin assured me that my order would be out shortly. After about 15 more min I pressed the red button again and finally Quentin inquired about my order. I believe my order was sitting there the whole time as my food was cold, ice melted, and the drink was made incorrectly with too much syrup.

I run doordash and this place has the worst packaging. They leave shakes with a big hole in the lid open. It should be sealed with a sticker or something! I refuse to deliver for Sonic until they fix this issue. Also the flies! There are sooo many flies at this location it's almost sure you're going to get a hitchhiker and that fly could easily get into the open drink! SO GROSS
I could hear the smile in Ricky's voice as soon as we pulled up to the speaker, the line was steadily moving so we approached the window rather quickly. When we arrived at the window Tony's good attitude was contagious! Great service from both young men, this has been and will continue to be my go to Sonic in Topeka.

Took literally 5 years to get our order TAKEN. We went to two different stalls and hit the button twice on both stalls. Nothing. Went through the drive through no one answered. Then got told by a very rude lady to go to another stall and order there when we have been waiting for 30 minutes already.
