This was the first time my husband and I used the app to order before arriving. Husband got frustrated he quit..lol I had a little more patience and after finally getting correct location to stick, arrived and order succesful. BUT this review turned into a 5 star due to Rae. Rae empathized with our frustration and turned it into a comedic and fun experience. Rae is a keeper. Even though a small tip was left at order, my usually 10% tipper of a husband took out additional bills. Thank you Rae, the epitomy of great customer service. 😁

Would have left a 1 star review if it wasn’t for our amazing car hop who had our cold food remade after sitting for over 30 minutes to receive it. They deserve a raise. The food was fine after remade. Was cold and soggy before though, wooden recommend if you want fast, warm food.

My kiddo and I usually like Sonic. But this time the coke tasted really off. We both ended up dumping it. And the tater tots were barely warm. The sandwich and burrito were fine.

I don't think I've ever experienced service this slow anywhere.
Hudson at 21st and Ashworth! This dude has brought me and my wife our order MULTIPLE times. He always asks how our day is going, if he can get us anything else, and is very conversational. He also makes eye contacts and smiles. He’s quick but he isn’t rushing to get out of an interaction with a customer. He said thank you for the tip today even though I just bought a Coke and tipped 95 cents. Amazing customer service experience every time. Hudson, if you see this, you have great things coming in your future. Customer service skills like that will get you your own Sonic franchise someday, or you can do many other careers working with people. You’re amazing brother. Keep it up. God bless!
