Hudson at 21st and Ashworth! This dude has brought me and my wife our order MULTIPLE times. He always asks how our day is going, if he can get us anything else, and is very conversational. He also makes eye contacts and smiles. He’s quick but he isn’t rushing to get out of an interaction with a customer. He said thank you for the tip today even though I just bought a Coke and tipped 95 cents. Amazing customer service experience every time. Hudson, if you see this, you have great things coming in your future. Customer service skills like that will get you your own Sonic franchise someday, or you can do many other careers working with people. You’re amazing brother. Keep it up. God bless!

Watch your money here. Went through the drive-thru for their morning drink stop and the girl at the drive thru thought she automatically got to keep some of my money. I don't know why she thought she would get a dollar tip for handing my drink through the window but I sure made sure I sat there until she opened the window again to get my dollar that she owed me. And you can sure tell she didn't want to open that window again!
The park and order menu just kept beeping at me, I think it was broken. A different one wouldn't let me pay and I had to give my card to a car hop.

1 star experience at this Sonic today. My daughter and I ordered 6 bucks worth of food - an Oreo master shake and a couple queso wraps. When the car hop brought the food out, it looked and smelled delicious! The cheesecake shake was well presented with a cherry on top and those delectable graham cracker crumbles! My mouth began to water with anticipation as I handed the bag over to my daughter and could smell the queso wraps. HOWEVER, when I gave the car hop my card to pay (since the payment screen never loaded on the kiosk), she said "Oh, I'm sorry, our card system is down, they didn't tell you that when you ordered? We're only taking cash." I looked through my wallet, praying to see some cash I knew wasn't there. "No.. they didn't tell me that when I ordered", I say. "I don't have any cash...". To which she replies, "Oh.. sorry about that.. I guess I'll take those back then." My daughter and I sit there in disbelief as I slowly hand her our food back and she walks away. We had to settle for some overpriced garbage from McDonald's. Normally, I'm a Sonic fan, but not today. You did us dirty, Sonic. Not cool!
