I went to Sonic last night around 8:30pm or so, and the service and food were excellent. The girl that answered the speaker was very friendly and extremely good at her job. I believe her name was Nyomi. I got the supersonic double cheese with no pickles and an extreme tot and everything was done to perfection. Shout out to the cooks that got the order correct lol y’all get your recognition as well. Then lastly was the pregnant carhop who was also very friendly. Despite all the snow, the lot and everything looked great and they actually had someone out there emptying the trash cans… that girls a G! Keep up the great service sonic.

Everytime I come here it’s always a long wait and my food is always cold I’m not from here but every time Topeka gets a restaurant it gets ruined I never had this problem when I’m back home honestly it’s waste of money to come here the food is most definitely old like it’s been sitting out all day and just redrop in the grease the fries are over cooked not enjoyable burger always cold and never have what I requested on there I try to give this place a chance it’s not worth it and it’s the last time I would spend my money

Ordered 2 footling cheese coneys with mustard and got 2 coneys with onion. Asked them to remake it(which took a half hour) and when I got my remade food the hot dogs were undercooked yet burnt on the outside and half the bun is missing. Terrible replacement that took forever.

Been using the app since it came out, this is the ONLY location that somehow doesn't communicate with the app. Checked in as normal on the app, selected the correct stall, waited 15 minutes and decided to press the speaker button and ask what the hold up was....they never checked the order in. I checked it in, and the drive-in screen showed my name and order, but the workers didn't do whatever they are supposed to do on their end. Terrible service. Go to a different Sonic, this one ain't it....

Watch your money here guys especially going through the drive-thru! First you'll have to wait for your change. And then when they finally open the window back up because they now can't ignore you anymore...make sure you count all of the pennies since that's how you get your money back so they can keep some of it. Just think if they keep two cents for every customer, that's quite a tip for just handing a drink through the window!

I haven't been to sonic in awhile and I came for the first time in a LONG time to treat myself. I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito because they are my favorite. I drive home get out the burrito and it is more tortilla than anything else. The burrito was so small. The meats were probably the last of a batch because the bacon was burnt but so squishy it was gross and there was very little sauce. This was anything but an ultimate meat and cheese burrito. Super disappointing.

The food was very cold and we asked for it very hot and the guy taking on order did not understand us he kept messing the order up it took him 15 minutes and then he had to hand it off to somebody else to finish the border not happy at all
