First mixed up small order. charged my card then tried to have me pay for it again at lower cost. Said takes 2 weeks refund but would give coupon. Food came out corn dog cold. Tea was flavored when ask for sugar free. Also missing tots. Called back in that when sent out cold tots. No coupon was ever issued. Didnāt try to get correct drink. To much of hassle all other stuff. Not going back there!! Hadnāt been in awhile and hubby wanted onion rings. Place wasnāt busy helpers where moving fast so it wasnāt there fault. Just POOR SERVICE

I had the best carhop today. Dalton headed my way with my order and he had the biggest grin on his face. He was so personable and just a delight to interact with. As many times as I have been to this sonic, Iām assuming that heās new. Hope they hang onto him because he is such a good representation of the Sonic brand.

Was just there the manager took our order they were asked to fix a unsweet tea to sweet tea 3 times and it still come out unsweetened sad that that was the manager that did this even asked before we took possession of the drink it was promised it was sweet

Got one of their ice cream blast multiple time in the past month and every time it tasted sour not to mention all the topping are only on the top not blended in
Only other fast food place I have been to with this kind of service is Chick-fil-A. Carhop was upbeat and food quickly came out correctly during the lunch rush. As I ate my food, another employee was going from car to car with napkins, sauces, condiments, etcā¦. Seeing if anyone needed anything. Iāve never left a review for fast food but felt this level of care and service in an industry where it is ignored should be praised.

Waited at drive up for food about 10 minutes. Ordered 2 #3. Asked for no mustard put it on them. Ordered large fries on one order was small should have been large and overcooked. All food was cold. Sonic in North Topeka

Well to start they were out of tater tots. Or just didnt want to put anymore down. As we got there @11:45pm. So i got fries instead no biggie. My fries were hot but the person with me their fries were cold. Now why would you go and do that. His chicken bites were also cold but we were hungry so he ate them anyways. Our car hop dude was very nice. Thats why they get a 3 star.

My aunt got this chicken sandwich and it is so hard/paper thin and burnt, almost like it was forgotten in the fryer. And there is literally no mayonnaise. How does this happen? Someone assembled this sandwich and said āyep, this is good enough for me.ā I get it does get busy but be so for realā¦
