Only ordered one hamburger and onion rings in drive thru and was waiting an exceptionally long time at window. The super nice guy at window informed me that they 'lost' my order and are making it again. Okay that happens, it was busy at that time. But then I see the car behind me hand the nice window worker, who had came out to her car, and hand him a bag of food and then he handed it to me. I assume the lady had to pull my food out to know it wasn't hers but felt like my food had been passed around way to much and just tossed it when I got home. I would have gladly waited longer for the fresh batch. Not cool.

Came and ordered large cheddar peppers and large cheddar bites neither we're piping hot and it was almost like they've been sitting in a warmer. Those are supposed to be made to order as everything that you get at a fast food restaurant but specifically sides like those. I don't know why somebody makes those and puts them in a warmer like that. So yeah the car hop was nice but honestly I didn't even have the time to literally say anything

Ordered a slushy and they gave me unflavored sugar water. Told them about it, they said they'd remake it. Put the smallest amount of flavoring in it. Was a route 44 size and when I stirred it it had the faintest of hints of color. Anyways this has happened multiple times, giving me unflavored sugar water, so. I'm done w this location.

Onion rings are always the best. My last order of groovy fries was a real disappointment, they were soggy and stuck in a ball in the bottom of the container. When groovy fries were first introduced they were awesome, always crispy and perfectly salted.

Did not follow directions from order. Order was wrong. Cheder bites were dead like no flavor or had been sitting all day. Brought drinks out in no carrier. Kid just fling order at me. Won't go back to North Topeka one. Never had much trouble at the others.
