Nisha im hoping im spelling that right she has glasses on she was beyond sweet and I had a complicated order I dont see or hear nice anymore when going out but she was over and beyond she needs a raise

Dropped in for a Happy Hour Ice Tea. Drive through was quick and friendly...and good tea. Convenient trash barrels keeps the location clean. Staff has clearly worked hard on the displays. The place looks great.

Sonic’s happy hour deals are a nice surprise, especially on a hot summer day. I grabbed a simple Coke Zero, and honestly, it hit the spot. It’s not fancy, but it’s refreshing and affordable — perfect for a quick stop when you’re on the go. Sometimes, the little things make a difference.

They are constantly forgetting something you ordered and refuse to give you what u paid for. Most of the time they don't give you a receipt and you don't know your missing food til your home, work or at school. It's a hurry and grab and go they should be able to put your food that you ordered in the bag and check it before delivering it to your car or out the window

The food is fine, its drive thru. The service is terrible. Made our order wrong and when told it was wrong we were just given the excuse that she “didnt know that”. When i asked for it to be corrected she snatched the cup out of my hand. I wont be back, there was no reason or need for that type of behavior from your staff. Wondering if it’s a management issue…sure seemed like a lot of drama over a cup of cherries that i was happy to pay for. Yes, some peoples kids just want a cup of cherries. If you dont want to sell it then just say you dont sell it. If you misunderstood the assignment, simply fix it.
EDIT: Your response to escalate is nonsense and you know it. Staff behavior is handled at the store level. The public is over and done with these types of generic responses. Changed from two stars to one.
