They are constantly forgetting something you ordered and refuse to give you what u paid for. Most of the time they don't give you a receipt and you don't know your missing food til your home, work or at school. It's a hurry and grab and go they should be able to put your food that you ordered in the bag and check it before delivering it to your car or out the window

The food is fine, its drive thru. The service is terrible. Made our order wrong and when told it was wrong we were just given the excuse that she “didnt know that”. When i asked for it to be corrected she snatched the cup out of my hand. I wont be back, there was no reason or need for that type of behavior from your staff. Wondering if it’s a management issue…sure seemed like a lot of drama over a cup of cherries that i was happy to pay for. Yes, some peoples kids just want a cup of cherries. If you dont want to sell it then just say you dont sell it. If you misunderstood the assignment, simply fix it.

Vegetarian options: Again, a true vegetarian wouldn't buy a vegetarian anything from a fast food place. You know your vegetarian food is cooked on the same grill or vat of grease as the rest of the menu. You don't really think these people that get paid bare bones are worried about your impossible whatever possibly rubbing elbows with a supersonic bacon double cheese, I've worked in this industry before, trust me when I say, in a rush, anything can happen.

I've been going to this location for years and up until about three weeks ago everything was wonderful. Lately the food has been cold, my cheese tots have been skimpy on the tots and cheese. We told the person taking the order we wanted a route 44 drink, put medium on the screen, told her that it was supposed to be a route 44 but we were given a medium. I ordered a Garlic Bacon Butter burger and the only thing it had on it was cheese an onion no mayo or bacon. The customer service has been horrible lately too, they always rush me and never ask if I want a pretzel like they're supposed to.

Ordered 4 simple burgers, one came with no patty at all, the double burger only came with 1 patty and the other came with all the toppings I asked not to be on.
This is one of my favorite places to get a drink because they are the only ones with my all-time favorite, Sprite Zero! If you're looking for something not everyone else has or just want to shake up your current drink routine, Sonic literally has it ALL.

I ordered my food at 11:30 p.m. This means I was basically the only one there, and I still had to wait a decent amount of time for my food. This didn’t bother me at the time, due to them telling me they were making the onion rings fresh. However, when I got my food (2 1/4 lb. cheeseburgers and a medium onion ring) and went home, I had some of the nastiest burgers I’ve ever seen. They were both burnt and cold. The bacon looked awful and the portioning was all out of wack. I honestly felt sick eating them. The onion rings were good and hot, but there were only 4 or 5. This seems like a huge under portioning due to the wait time and price. I get that it was late and the employees were tired. But if you are just going to use old food that’s been sitting out for who knows how long and hasn’t been made fresh, then don’t work that late. I also understand that the burgers were off the $1.99 menu, but I at least expected them to be hot, taste good, and look edible. Overall sickening, I don’t know if I’ll be ordering food from this sonic ever again.
