I'm quite sure I got food poisoning from this store. I 100 out of 10 would not get food from here! Danielle, I believe, was the manager today. She literally said thank you to me when I called to tell them they failed. Whoever the general manager is or whoever the district manager needs to fire her immediately!

customer service is trash. you have your car hopper who doesn’t say hello and only looks at you. 2 i ordered 2 drinks… i understand fast food but taking 20 minute to make 2 drinks is absurd.

Ordered 3 hot chocolates and waited 30 minutes to get them. Our hop said she had to remake them because the first batch wasn't made incorrectly. These were not either. We were on a time crunch and left with 3 chocolate waters with no flavor.

Food is always cold unless u go at nite when different ppl working. But the gotta ask for no salt fries just so they be fresh cause they always warm over whatever food is out. I ate sonic and was sick with food poisoning for 5 days. I'll only purchase drinks from now on
I love sonic but this is the worse one I have ever Ben to in my life. My chicken tenders tasted like they came from a gas station, the fries- I don’t know if they are serving crinkle cut ones full time in orders, but I never asked for them and got them in my bag. Totally disgusting, greasy, small pieces and stuck together. My husband got a cheeseburger and it tasted terrible and the diet Dr. Pepper tasted like it was all carbonation and no sweetness. Unfortunately, at this location- we’ll never go back. They seriously need cooking classes. Staff was polite. Also there is no drive-thru at this location. You have to park and order. An inconvenience when traveling.

This Sonic will steal from you. Placed an order on the app. Employee claimed they did not have the burger patties to complete my order. Was supposed to refund my purchase. Never got a refund. Thats theft. Will never eat at a Sonic again.
