Placed an order for a couple of drinks and a couple of snacks via the mobile app. My first mistake was not checking the bag before we left. Got home and found it to be the wrong food. Called and spoke with the manager, they explained there was a mix up and I could either return for the correct food or I could be placed in the book to pick up at a later date. I chose to go back, as we live really close (within 5 minutes). When I returned they were very busy so it took a few minutes to answer the red button. Got the correct food this time and took it home. By the time I got home, again within 5 minutes, the food was cold and absolutely disgusting! I am pretty sure they didn't remake my order just gave me the original items that were made 20ish minutes prior!

Ordered 3 drinks. 2 of them were cherry limeade with extra lime. Got home, no cherries and no limes. Called up there, spoke with the manager. He vowed to make it right by replacing all 3 drinks and added a hot fudge sundae! Went back and guess what, no limes and no cherries!! I would've checked before I left but there was ice filled to the top making it impossible. This is horrible and I will not be returning. How.can someone mess up their signature drink twice!!!

The service was quick and it was pretty packed in there. There was no drive-thru so I'm going to dock a few points for that. The burger is really weren't great but the chili dog was amazing and so were the tater tots. If you want something fast to eat I'd recommend this over McDonald's any day of the week. Not only will it be quicker but it'll also taste better.Parking: It was pretty packed though there is plenty of space still both in terms of parking space and in terms of the booths themselves having plenty of room for your vehicle.

Got sick off a sonic burger I had. I usually don't get sick off of eating fast food but I honestly believe that the tomatoes were bad or tainted. My daughter said the burgers smelled like nail polish, had a funny smell.

This location is hit or miss. Some times you get food fast sometimes you gotta wait 30minutes. Sometimes the food is fresh, sometimes the lettuce on the burgers is wilted and the fries are soggy.

Honestly, this location always seems to have several screens not working correctly , so be prepared to send your card away with the server so they can ring up your order inside and then pay for it there. That makes me nervous sending my card away where I can't see what's being done with it. And when their screens are actually working, this location takes a long time to get a simple, single drink order out... last visit, I waited almost 20 minutes for my peach tea... good thing I had bills to pay on my phone while I waited. Also, the staff always seems kinda annoyed and not happy to be there either.Fair warning: A large homeless population goes to this location, so don't sit there with your windows open, or you will be harassed by panhandling or have to overhear a profanity laced argument.

Over 30 minute wait for two food items and no marinara for mozzarella sticks or cheese sauce for pretzel. Please close your doors immediately. You'll probably do fine without my business. Plenty of pot smokers openly smoking in your stalls to keep your business open for years to come.

My son went to pick up the new peppercorn bacon handburger w/tots for me. I sent him the pic from web that states w/either fries or tots.He gets there to order it and didn't get the tots. He pointed out the web states it comes with and he was told "we aren't doing that".He left with burger only.I get the burger on the toast.First toast is burned.The paper was paper thin and very small.The bacon consisted of 3 very small burnt strips.The whole sandwich was awful.I go to this store often and this may be the last time.
