My sister first brought me to this place a couple weeks ago, was a little skeptical. But needless to say they have a super awesome staff, great deals. Just a great place for healthy options! My favorite tea is the wonder woman. If you haven't tried it, I would definitely do so!

Visited at 7am after I left the gym so the place was pretty empty. No wait time ( smiley face) I was greeted right away and the gentelman Frank I believe his name is, was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the tropical 24g protien shake. While it wasn't my favorite, I'm not quite sure what i didn't like about it. But i loved how creamy it was. I'm definitely going back to try others until I find a favorite. The establishment was clean and orderly. I would definitely recommend stopping in and bringing a friend.

Soul fire Nutrition is not alone: there’s a whole crop of “smoothie” spots in town and they’re all selling the same thing: herbalife, an appetite suppressing powder. This is neither healthy nor nutritious, the use of this product is linked to kidney damage.

Use caution and avoid this place, and any place with nutrition in the title. Ask what ingredients are being used. If they won’t tell you, you have your answer.

This place is a joke. I stopped in quickly to grab a smoothie, immediately met by very rude employees. Let’s cut to the chase: this is a smoothie place that has no actual fruit. All of the fruit smoothies are made w powder. Steer clear of Soulfire Nutrition if you are expecting great service or fresh healthy food.

Love that they open at 6:30am. Very friendly staff. Ready to suggest and modify any drink you have in mind. Fantastic atmosphere!
