My sister first brought me to this place a couple weeks ago, was a little skeptical. But needless to say they have a super awesome staff, great deals. Just a great place for healthy options! My favorite tea is the wonder woman. If you haven't tried it, I would definitely do so!
Visited at 7am after I left the gym so the place was pretty empty. No wait time ( smiley face) I was greeted right away and the gentelman Frank I believe his name is, was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered the tropical 24g protien shake. Greats shakes and teas, loved every flavor I've had so far, and the staff is super friendly also! Soulfire also has the best hours compared to the other similar nutrition shops in the Topeka area. Most places are closed by 3 or 4 and not open or barely open on the weekends, Soulfire is open until 7 during the week and then open until 3 on Saturday AND Sunday making this shop the place to go for those like me who aren't off work until 4 during the work week but still...
