Used my points for mini donuts. NOT COOKED IN THE MIDDLE - RAW STILL! Ordered large coffee charged me for Large Gave me small! Lol I know it's difficult to remember cup sizes & hit timer for cooked donuts! Thanks spangles!! Nothing will be done. That's customer service we all receive now days!!!! Becoming the norm!

We picked a good day to go to Spangles in North Topeka. The food was hot, fresh, and had fantastic flavor. Also the drive thru person Serenity was thorough and friendly when taking the order. I tried the garlic parmesan burger for the first time and it was delicious. Also I was really happy that the oil was fresh and I could actually taste the salt and vinegar seasoning on my fries that I always order. They did a fantastic job today, thank you for making our experience great today!!
