Two medium combos was $31 and the fry’s were soggy and greasy also the onions and jalapeños were not grilled like they advertised the burger had very little bacon for 3 patties just not good what so

My first time here was a negative experience. While using the drive-thru, the woman on the speaker was rude since the moment she asked for my order. She was pushy, rude, and kept giving me the total to move forward when I was not done placing my order yet. There was no one behind me, nor busy inside the restaurant, so I didn't understand her rush. Once I got to tasting the burgers, I didn't taste the freshess it's advertised. For the food items I selected and got to taste, I can say it is overpriced.I regret not going to McDonald's! They offer friendly staff and better tasting burgers.

I went to this restaurant at approximately 2:30 pm and when we first walked in the front smelt terrible and the food took 10 mins and 20 mins for ice cream. The fries were all talk and honestly terrible. The service was terrible and caught them vaping while cooking. The workers were rude and I doubt my family and I would like to come back

Nothing special about this place. What we were craving wasn't open so we went here. Drive Thru wasn't busy at the time, but our sodas were flat, clearly you can see the miss of color as your putting on the lid but whatever. We told the guy working he said pull around and he would bring us new ones with our food. The new ones were better. But the food was cold we live about 2 blocks away, most of the time we avoid going here because I don't think they change the fryer grease the fries are always gross tasting... Not a place for me and for the price we paid we should've stayed home.

So I went there with my family thru the drive thru, and there is this young looking guy who works there clean cut white young looking male wears a blue shirt... Look if you don't like your job as I respected you and was nice don't work there. Rolling your eyes and snickering because you have a customer is wrong and disgusting. Learn some manners instantly. Yes, I understand it's a stressful job dealing with Karen's and Kevin's but how u reacted to myself and another is wrong. I'm sorry you weren't happy but we weren't demanding items nor were we rude, hateful or anything like that. I'm sorry you were having a bad day but being rude to ppl for no reasons other than your personal reasons is wrong. Glad my car cam caught it. Other than that foods amazing and the other workers seem to be awesome as well.
