I ordered a Detroit-style pizza from SPIN! Pizza Topeka. It arrived overcooked, which I was willing to overlook since this style is new for them — but I later found an actual string baked into the crust after eating most of the pizza. This is not just gross — it’s a serious health and safety concern.
I’ve posted both a photo and video showing the slice literally spinning on the string for transparency. There is no excuse for a foreign object to end up in a customer’s food, and this needs to be addressed.
I’ve contacted corporate and am awaiting a response, but until this is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from this location

Online order for a pizza with cherry peppers. Received jalapeños instead, making that pizza inedible for some of our group. Followed up with Spin customer service and have heard nothing back. The pizza is pretty good if you get it and eat it right out of the oven. Nice mix of toppings but the crust isn’t anything special.

Excellent experience at Spin Pizza. Great service from the friendly staff since we walked in. They have a menu option that offers a personal pizza and a salad which is fantastic if you’re watching your diet. Highly recommended restaurant and we’ll definitely be back.

The restaurant was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I ordered the 8 color salad, which was very good with a variety of vegetables. I'm not a big fan of vinaigrette dressing, but theirs was delicious, without that vinegary bite that so many have. Our guest very much enjoyed her turkey avocado panini sandwich. The pizza was disappointing. The cheese mix tasted good but the crust was totally limp. When you picked up a slice by the edge the rest hung down like a dog's tongue. Also the toppings were sparse. We'd go there again but not for the pizza. Also, they have beer on tap.

Pizza was solid, we had the Detroit style along with salads, pretty darn good. You go in, order, find a seat. No fuss, and with decent follow-on service.

Nice place, with decent food. But the kid that took my order screwed it up, and then only the manager came over to acknowledge that he (the employee) screwed up and apologized.

We had a great time with our grandchildren. Family oriented and the food was so good even the kids ate it all. One time the edges of my pizza was burned, every other time it's been perfect.
