Starbucks in Topeka

“I wish they would bring back the Café Vanilla Frappuccino.. I love this team they are so wonderful, the manager isn’t a robot!!! One was a cow once but that was Halloween lol I usually go through the drive thru on my way to work and it is always such a great start to the day!! I still get the cafe vanilla we just have to build it a little and I hear it’s kinda tricky, so Starbucks let’s put it back on the menu and make a staple again!!“

“My husband and I recently visited this store for the first time. We found the location to be easy to find, and were pleased to see a designated wheelchair parking space right in front of the store. Upon entering, we were impressed with how clean and organized the store was, with mugs and tumblers attractively displayed on the right side of the entrance. We visited during regular opening hours, and were able to complete our order and payment smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience!“

“It's Monday, it's early, caffeine is required! Topeka only has 2 Starbucks (free-standing). This location is ALWAYS busy. However, the wait time has gotten so much better and whoever is at the window is friendly and gives a smile. Either location is great, all depends on which is closer at the time.“

“I often need to find another place to work on sermons or school work. Jessica and her staff do a great job of creating an environment that is conducive for folks to visit or study. While you are there whoever waits on you makes sure you are taken care of and your order is exactly the way you want it.“

“Never really had a problem with any of the drinks or how things were made.
The staff is usually friendly the ones that are not friendly usually don't last long.
Starbucks as a whole could definitely make things easier for the staff by staffing more than just one person.
Your staff is so overworked in the morning during the weekdays workdays and school days it's kind of sad to watch.“

“I go to this Starbucks almost every Saturday and Sunday. The baristas always remember me and what drinks I order. They are super friendly and call me by name when they see me. Even when there is a line of people, it moves along quickly. I am a big fan of this Starbucks and their employees are great!“
