If I could give a negative score for service I would!! They never offer the receipt and every time I order a larger size I get a smaller one. I always ask for brown sugar/vanilla to be added and iced. Today the receipt read “ICED” and they made it hot. When I said it was wrong the middle aged white male had the worst attitude and slammed the new drink down. They always have older people there making the drinks which I love, but they have the worst attitudes when it’s made wrong. Only go here if you want simple

Ordered on the app and when I went to go pick up my order, it wasn’t made correctly. No big deal, it happens. I politely asked to remake it and Kris’ immediate reaction was to argue with me and tell me I was in the wrong. She reluctantly remade my drink but complained under her breath to where I could hear her that I was rude. How is it rude to ask for what you paid for? Crazy. If anything it’s rude to argue with customers, not only that but it’s very unprofessional. To flat out call me rude is insane for simply asking for a remake in the kindest manner possible. I don’t like to leave bad reviews and every other time I’ve visited this Starbucks I’ve had a good experience but Kris could learn some manners.

I go to Starbucks almost daily. I went to this one while visiting. They messed up my order, the amount was 5 dollars more than it usually is, and saying my cheese Danish was “old” is an understatement. It was completely stale.

I had a pretty rough experience this morning; Adrianna or Adrianne had a very bad attitude with not just me, but a few people…one lady asked for an extra shot of Chai in her tea, and she rolled her eyes and snatched her drink with attitude, another lady commented “have a good day” & she didn’t say a word back. When my order was next, she made one chai (I ordered 2), she then states that the first chai is done, & I asked “I think I had two right?” And she rudely said “I’m making it. I’m making it right now”…I understand Starbucks is busy & they have a lot of orders coming in; I’m a server myself (10yrs), but customer service is key & she did not have any.

We've been traveling cross country and wanted the Kansas mug from the been there series. We called ahead of time since these can be difficult to find, and an employee here said they had some. We asked for one to be held on the side. Drove out of our way just for the same employee to say she sold it to someone else once we arrived. I understand not holding products, but she should have said that she would not hold it over the phone!Maybe it's Kansas or she is just as bitter as the coffee she serves, but folks in other states were way better about helping us make this road trip memorable.

as long as they are still not letting people sit down inside (while restaurants 3 minutes away are...) they should clean off the tables outside and make it inviting... looks like they haven't touched it since last year...

They are trying to charge 5 dollars extra on anything they can I will stay with a real place.
