Visiting from out of town and went to this one for its reasonable reviews. Ordered ahead in the app like I always do and went inside to pick up. Barista who gave me my drink basically scolded me for what and how I ordered my drink. She told me I should have just ordered X drink instead. That “no Starbucks make it this way”. I told her that I had been traveling all over the country from PA to Wyoming and all the states in between, ordering my drink the same way I ordered it to her location and not a single store before had told me they can’t make my drink or to order X instead so why couldn’t I do it here? She doubled down and said “Because I said so.” I left the drink on the counter and walked out. Here’s the crazy thing, all I wanted was 4 shots of espresso with a splash of soy milk and ice. Not really sure what her problem was. Will never be back to this one.

I went to the 29th Wanamaker to get drinks and food. Unfortunately that Starbucks was out of the pastry I wanted so I thought I’d go down to this Starbucks. I asked if they had the pastry item and they didn’t so I thought I’d ask for a water because I was planning to purchase this pastry item with a water as I forgot to order a water at the other location. I was refused a water for free but told I’d have to purchase something to get it. I think it’s ridiculous that as a customer I wanted to purchase something and still told I couldn’t get a free water. It’s not my fault Starbucks doesn’t keep enough inventory. In that case you should accommodate rules. I’m astounded this company is that GREEDY. I told the barista I would happily show them my drinks in the car that I just bought down the road but yet was still told they couldn’t just give me a water. Wow! What pour service. I will not be going back.

This Starbucks has a great staff that are very accommodating. Kudos to them for keeping this guy caffeinated on my drives through Topeka.

Went through the drive thru and waited over 3 minutes before pulling up to the window. This employee stated it was my fault and to pull back around. At this point there is another line so I decide to go in to order. The employee at the counter says their headphones/speaker had been in and out all day. This I can understand with the weather/snow/ice complications. Once my orde was put in, I stepped aside and waited. My drink took awhile and was no longer a “ Frappuccino” ice was melted and tasted like chocolate whipped cream. The atmosphere of this location has gone down hill over the last year. I will be going to another location from here on.
