Really good service. And they payed attention to my allergies. The coffee it's self was not the best. But the lavender matcha was amazing.

Went through the drive thru and waited over 3 minutes before pulling up to the window. This employee stated it was my fault and to pull back around. At this point there is another line so I decide to go in to order. The employee at the counter says their headphones/speaker had been in and out all day. This I can understand with the weather/snow/ice complications. Once my orde was put in, I stepped aside and waited. My drink took awhile and was no longer a “ Frappuccino” ice was melted and tasted like chocolate whipped cream. The atmosphere of this location has gone down hill over the last year. I will be going to another location from here on.

Very bad experience at this starbuck. I came in and they immediately told me that I couldn't use my app, so I would be unable to gain stars or use my gift card loaded onto the app. After standing in line for almost 10 minutes they made the announcement that they can only take mobile orders. It was all at fault of the computer but not a good experience.

Went through the drive thru just now and asked for kids temp and extra shot...paid for the shot but it definitely isn't in it. My drink tastes like literal water. I hate to waste money on a drink that tastes gross. And isn't what I asked for

Extremely slow at getting food out. Waited over twenty minutes before I left.
5 people working and it took 15 minutes to get one order of egg bites. Place was not busy. They put all their hustle into serving the drive through. If you go here don’t go inside and expect service.

Drive-thru is so slow.
I had to repeat myself several times before she could hear me at the ordering speaker. My car is not at all loud. No radio playing. I don’t know what the problem was.
I ordered a frapp. The whip cream was completely flat. Either the whip cream had been sitting out too long on counter or my drink was made & just sat there until it was my turn to pick up at the window.
I was not happy.

30 minutes of waiting, with 9 people working there, only to be told they couldn’t complete our order. The same thing was told to others who were waiting for their orders. What a nightmare of a place.
