I ordered a double dirty chai latte with oat milk, but it tasted like watered down gas station coffee... I couldn't taste the chai, the oat milk, or even the espresso. I almost wondered if I received the wrong drink, but the label on the cup was correct.I hate to post a 1-star review for Starbucks, which can typically be resolved by asking a barista to remake the drink... but the temperature was ~210°F when I received my drink, and I was unable to taste test it until I was 20 miles down the road. This is the first time I've EVER thrown away an entire Starbucks drink.

Thankx!Parking: A little tight with getting parked honestly I go shopping at Academy Sports just NW of Starbucks & walk over to get coffee, I've seen several people who do the same (Not my idea:)) lol!Wheelchair accessibility: I've seen handicapped I individual's inside they are more than welcome there.
It's always disgusting on saturdays for some reason. Go any other day except for saturday. Every single time.....

Placed a mobile order. Took almost 45 min for the order to be ready. Started timing drive through and they were getting through the long line in about 10 min. All service was going to drive through. No care for people on the lobby.
I'm not sure what's going on but I got a white chocolate mocha the day prior that was way too bitter & called and they re-made it and the lady at the drive through had an attitude when I came back around. This morning I came and got the same thing but added a ham & Swiss and my sandwich bag was torn on both ends causing it to slide out the other end once I got out of my car. Yall, check your bags ..

For the most part this place is flawless but it's always out of something. Go to the south location on Wanamaker. They are a little nicer there too.
