The coffee and ppl are great
I asked for a “surprise me” drink that was adventurous, sugar free, and dairy free. I got a sf vanilla latte with almond milk. Nothing creative at all.
Used the mobile app, requested no ice on 2 venti drinks, upon pickup, they filled the cups half full , and threw a fit when I requested the drinks be fill. Ordered 2 blueberry scones, 1 full scone in bag, and a half of one. Sarah, with purple hair got an attitude when I told them to use common sense.
Called Starbucks customer service and the whole transaction was refunded. Waiting on Regional management to call me.
