I’m reaching out to express my disappointment with the quality of my recent order placed through DoorDash earlier today. While I understand that occasional issues may arise, the experience I had was unacceptable—especially as a returning customer.
My initial order arrived with a cold sandwich, which I was willing to overlook since I could reheat it. However, the drink was not even filled properly and appeared hastily prepared, lacking the expected texture and consistency.
After contacting DoorDash for a replacement, the second order was even more poorly executed. The drink was barely half full, and the sandwich was severely compressed into a misshapen square, visibly bursting out of its packaging.
This level of carelessness is disappointing. Whichever barista was on shift today may need retraining, as this does not reflect the standard of service I’ve come to expect. While I’ve had positive experiences in the past, I cannot ignore the lack of quality and presentation in today’s order.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I value your establishment and would like to continue being a loyal customer, but consistency and professionalism are essential.
Our drinks we're great other than the shaken espresso which was not very full at all. I asked for more milk to be added because i wanted it to be more full, the girl said she couldnt take it back once someone has drinken from it, i told her i didnt drink from it yet, and she said ill get you milk. She handed me milk and rolled her eyes at me, unacceptable.
Two girls there they have very nasty attitude Disrespectful service they have very bad energy
Amazing!! Saturday, Jan 4 2025, 11:30 am North Topeka location was BUSY!! Stopped in to pick up in store order. It was fun to see this team working so well together. My order was not up, and they asked my name, and it wasn't long. I had my coffee. These young people were amazing!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely disappointed. This starbucks definitel does not have the best staff. They could not even get my order of black coffee right. On top of that they lied about it. I ordered a blonde coffee and they gave me dark coffee. This was two hours before closing and they acted like they were put out when I questioned them about it. That in itself is not a huge deal but they also had to remake my wife's drink. Is she ordered it hot?They gave it to her cold. Then after making it they ran out of the piconcer up and just added a shot of vanilla without even asking her if that was okay. It completely changed the taste of the drink. Their attitude was not great.We didn't make a fuss and just took our drinks. But they acted like they didn't want to be there and they were wanting to close up. Again this was two hours before closing. I feel like if you're a coffee shop and it's two hours before closing it not unreasonable to have All the coffee you offer available. He
Did not want to make a new pot of coffee. And decided just to give me what he wanted to give me and hope I wouldn't notice. If I didn't mind what type of coffee I was getting I would have went to casey's and paid less. This isn't the first time i've had problems with this location and probably will not be returning to it. Oh also , my coffee tasted like it had been in the pot all day and burnet. I try to be nice and just take it and not have them re make it, but I ended up just throwing it out. It was that bad.

Never fails to get my order wrong because they think they know what I want instead of just giving me what I order. Laughed in my face when I tried to explain and gets mad when i ask for a remake. I drive 30 mins to get to this place to pay outrageous prices and be treated like this? No, thank you. 10 year statbucks goer and I'm absolutely done.

I’m so sad to even write this. Five employees that I saw. Not one smiled. Not one. They were obviously busy with drive thru orders. But inside, only 1 person in line ahead of me. The gal did not greet me or anything. Just asked for my order. I said. Smile. I think she was confused & thought she misheard me. She moved her headset. Again. I said smile. She coldly waits for my order. Wow. Never asked my name. Then I wait for order not knowing which was mine…no name. The gal at end quickly calls out a drink. Each drink she sets on counter she never once looked at a customer. So sad. It had great lighting, clean, good music. I will never be back to this location. Service matters.

Came in today and i just wanted to give a shout out to the team working in here today 7/12/24, they were all so pleasant, full of smiles and not to mention Haven....man that girl works hard. Making multiple drinks multitasking, flying back and fourth and had the time to talk and smile while doing it. Would have spoke with the store manager but he was on a conference in the lobby on his computer but i know why he can be in the lobby not paying attention, he has a phenomenal crew

I placed an online order here and when I went pick it up, they announced they had 60 drinks in the queue to make. I waited 30 minutes for my drink and then I gave up and left with no refund. They need to put a cap on ordering drinks, it’s supposed to be fast service. Super disappointed.
