Ordered 7 sandwiches online and not a single one was correct other than the meats. They didn't even give us all of our order and had to go back for it. Yes you should check before you leave but sent a kid to pick it up. We order about once a month and they haven't gotten an order correct in at least 6 months. Would complain but there is always the fear of food being messed with. I really don't understand how hard it is to read from a list to properly make a sandwich.

Tried to come in and get a sandwich twice in an hour on a Sunday and they were out of all bread flat bread only they told me the first time it would be 25 min so I came back in 40 min and the said still no bread but it was on the rack to be sold in plain sight

It claims family owned and operated but the owner lives in Missouri and has no relation to a single employee. The service is hit or miss pending the employee but the food over all is always satisfying

Not very often subway makes a killer sub. But the guy working the counter really kills it. Top notch service for an expensive sandwich shop.

The store was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been mopped or swept. Dirty pans. Food was nasty.

I ordered a footlong tuna sandwich. The staff managed to scrap out barely 1 scoop from the container, which was not enough to spread on a footlong bread, but only half. so he asked if I wanted to pick another kind for the remaining half. So I picked roast beef. First photo is the sandwich, it’s HALF tuna and HALF roast beef. Second is the receipt I was charged for a footlong roast beef sandwich and an additional of $4 for extra tuna!! Look at the picture. Where’s the extra? What extra? The sandwich is half tuna and half roast beef. I didn’t get what I was charged for. Such a rip off! I didn’t even want roast beef sandwich in the first place. Should have told him that I’ll take the 6 inch and let them waste the other half of the bread.

Just stopping on the road to get some food. Stopped in a small town in Fredonia Kansas, The town was very small and had very little people living there, but we found a Subway and decided to eat there. The subway was connected to Pete's gas station. The gas station was pretty nice and had warm pizza and the bathrooms looked pretty clean. The subway workers were the best part of it all! The older man and woman working there were super sweet and bundled our sandwiches with care. They even wrote our names on labels and smiled as we walked out the door. There are no Gluten free sandwiches here, however there are chips and drinks. ?
