The sandwiches tastes so good I would recommend
Stopped for lunch on Sunday August 3, 2025. Busy place but staff was doing a great job keeping the line moving. Ordered a 12 inch cold cut combo, light oil and vinegar with salt and pepper. Sub was covered in pepper. The sub was almost black from all the pepper. I had zero desire to go back and have the sub remade (my wife and I were 1300 miles into a 1480 mile trip and had gotten back on the road). The next time we are in town we will stop and eat at Sonic. At least there we can count in the order being correct, along with the heartburn that comes with eating there.

Person trying to get our orders only been there few days & was left alone with several customers waiting to order. He had to go in back & ask another person about how to make something. When he try check us out someone finally came out to help. Our orders were not correct but we didn't take it back since they were now very busy.

They were pushy for me to pay didn’t even have my sandwich yet. I had to struggle to just for them to add vegetables on it. Portions were very light and it seemed to really annoy them to even have to fix a sandwich. Let alone make one and there was three of them in there, and I thought it was just a massive burden just to do their job.

Came in on our way traveling through waited 15+ minutes for no one to even check the counter. No bell or anything to let anyone know customers were waiting. After several attempts of trying to see if there was an employee around a guy stepped around the corner and then immediately went to the back again without even acknowledging that we were in the store. I understand getting busy but the customer service is severely lacking in this location.
Ordered 7 sandwiches online and not a single one was correct other than the meats. They didn't even give us all of our order and had to go back for it. Yes you should check before you leave but sent a kid to pick it up. We order about once a month and they haven't gotten an order correct in at least 6 months. Would complain but there is always the fear of food being messed with. I really don't understand how hard it is to read from a list to properly make a sandwich.

Tried to come in and get a sandwich twice in an hour on a Sunday and they were out of all bread flat bread only they told me the first time it would be 25 min so I came back in 40 min and the said still no bread but it was on the rack to be sold in plain sight
It claims family owned and operated but the owner lives in Missouri and has no relation to a single employee. The service is hit or miss pending the employee but the food over all is always satisfying

Not very often subway makes a killer sub. But the guy working the counter really kills it. Top notch service for an expensive sandwich shop.
