We went to use a corp ad coupon at the 21st and Wanamaker store. They rudely told us they Do Not Except these coupon from Corp. What the Hell! Is this store not a franchise or private individual acting like a Corp Subway? So, we just left and will not ever go to any Subway again! I have also told many friends and they to will not support Subway EVER!

Employees very unfriendly. There was hardly any meat and cheese on the sandwich, mostly mayonnaise and bread.For $9.00 for a sandwich and chips. Ridiculous. Never going back.
They did not toast my bread, they did not give me cheese and did not add bacon. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I ordered online and it said it was ready but once I arrived I waited about 15-20 minutes. They had 3 workers but only 1 seemed to be making sandwiches and the other two standing there

Legit worst subway I've ever been to. The management has them being incredibly conservative with sandwich toppings...at a sandwich shop. Not to mention the bread is old AF at 6:30 pm. I thought our food was toasted despite asking for it not to be. Turns out it wasn't.. the bread was so old it was like a crouton. Finally the ownership won't accept any coupons from subway corp so it's the most expensive subway on top of it all! Only reason it doesn't get 1 star is the food was consumed and we didn't die. Great job with the bar allllll the way on the ground. Avoid at all costs!

Service sooo horrible. I have never online reviewed but I felt that upset. I wasn’t overly friendly by any means but asked for 12in mini artisan bread to which the employee laughed and then used her fingers to demonstrate the size. I was annoyed by her reaction but said flatly… ok I misunderstood to which she said …ok I was explaining. I replied not very well and she says well you’re not very friendly either? welp I’m also not at work and I wasn’t rude but she sure was. Later found out she’s the store manager ????? what a joke

Since we do not have a Firehouse Sub shop Subway comes in at a close second. Really like the Spicy Italian sub.

The worst subway in the nation. Been their 3 times waiting for 15 minutes with no one there. Then they just work on online orders as the boss sits in her office, not helping the kid who is absolutely buried in orders.Never again!
