My daughter and I had been traveling all day and at 10pm on 6/14, we had stopped here to get something to eat. We walked up to the counter and the worker threw an attitude slammed the dishes and she mumbled under her breath. She then said how can I help you. I replied we are just going to go somewhere else and walked out.

Check expiration dates! Wish I read reviews before. Grabbed a kids meal on November 12, 2022 and the applesauce expired on August 22, 2002. Sprite was also bad, no syrup. Please be more attentive to inventory, ESPECIALLY with kids meals.

If I could give less I would. Stood in line 5 minutes while employees ran around and one stood in front of me and took the Temps of the food and no one acknowledged me. Be a good place for a restaurant

just spoke with a guy at the truckstop about subway. we agreed to leave reviews in the hopes that someone will actually care enough to get their act together and hire staff that can accomplish tasks and get this place back on track. there is a new truck stop opening on I-70 and we will gladly go there if things do not change. keep food in stock, keep to go subs in the truck stop like you're supposed to, keep bread made and ready, keep ingredients stocked and hire knowledgeable staff that doesnt have to share dentures.
HEY SUBWAY....let me ask you guys something, how hard is it to keep a SANDWICH SHOP stocked with the stuff it takes to make SANDWICHES?!?!?!??!?!?!!?!! I travel on the road 6 days a week, i stop in here every day going out of town and every evening coming back to town. Thats means i am there 2 times a day, 6 days a week.... thats 48 times a month. And EVERY SINGLE TIME i ask for a sandwich you are out of all 3 breads that i want and the last 13 trips i have been told youre out of meatballs, so i ask for chicken and im told its frozen so i ask for steak and cheese and you dont have it, etc.. etc.. etc.. etc.. So, i decide to go grab one of your Subway To Go Subs in the truckstop...guess what..YOU DONT HAVE ANY OF THOSE EITHER?!?!?!?!? This is the most pathetic, sorry, mismanaged Subway i have ever seen... the useless, incompetent, inept, unskilled, tatted up, toothless North Topeka staff needs to be trained on how to keep everything stocked up. I'm DONE with this place. And trust me, all us truckers talk to each other and we are ALL fed up with type of thing!

Beware! They sell old cookies here...and just about every other Subway, as well. I go in and order a sub...no problem, that was delicious. But they have a cookie cabinet and the chocolate chip cookies looked as fresh as I've ever seen, so I order three cookies, thinking that I'll get what's in the cabinet....WRONG! Bait and switch, the lady put some 2 day old pre-packaged cookies in my bag. Never again, this is not isolated, it happens at every subway. Never again will I order your old, nasty cookies.
