Horrible customer service from the lady who was at the front counter. Looked like a manager but I would hope she's not. A sub was ordered not 50 eye rolls in a 2 minute period. Subway corporate needs to send in an uncover employee to act as a customer to see the way the employees are treating their customer. Rude and won't be ordering from this location ever again. If she hates her job she should find a new one.

Employees clearly hate their job. They were very passive and rude. One lady literally stood there and stared at me until I told her what I wanted. Bathrooms were also dirty and I had to use the men’s bathroom because the women’s was locked.

Gage Blvd service is the worst; on Friday 11-21-2024 in the morning Subway did not Open at 9:00 AM. I waited for 15 minutes for Subway to open and NO one opened the doors for business! While standing and waiting for 15 minutes I called their store and NO one answered the phone, I had to drive to another Subway location and file a complaint and order food there! Finally someone answered the phone after 9:30. I stated to the person that answered the phone...9:00 is when the store opens right? I then stated I waited and called and NO answer the phone! Next thing I know it I was hung up on! YES this is Subway on Gage Blvd! The Gage manager is extremely rude, very nasty, and unprofessional! If you don't like food service then go find another place outside of food service to make your life a bit more pleasant! 😊

For whatever reason this Subway location doesn't honor the coupons you get in the mail. We went to another location. Sandwiches were kinda skinny last time we ate at Gage location.

I made the mistake of stopping here for lunch today and I promise I won't be coming back. I've worked in serving for 5 years and I'm not ignorant to what can and cannot be done as a server and cashier. I accidentally forgot to add a sandwhich meat to my order and had decided to go back to subway and ask if they could possibly just charge me for some turkey meat so i can add it to my already Paid for sandwhich. The woman at the counter claimed she couldnt do this without charging me for another sandwhich. I know that is bullcrap,
i happen to know the POS system they are using is capable of custom orders like this so long as a manager approves.I assume she was lying because I was not afraid to let them know I was upset with her answer as well as the fact that in the beginning of the order we where asked to pay twice. To which we had to explain we had already paid and nearly had to show them the receipt to prove it. Look I'm normally a very patient and understanding person, I pride myself on being empathetic with fast food workers seeing as I workwd as one for 5 years but this situation really pissed me off. I'll be thinking twice before i order from this subway again too many issues with attitude and service.

Ordered online, food done in a timely manner, but was told the cookies I ordered would take 1½ hours to make( only 12 minutes at different subway ) also asked if they could write a J on the bmt sandwich and they failed at that.

My guess is this chain will not stay open more than 2 more years before they file for bankruptcy. They don't even accept their own coupons.

Went to order my son a sandwich, we ordered a ham sandwich and added pepperoni and bacon. The kiosk said my total was $16 and change. I go up to the window and told my total is $20. First off why does the machine tell me one total and the person at the window tells me another price? I pay and look at my receipt and go inside to talk to the worker who says that it probably rung up cheaper to help me pay less when it did the exact opposite and changed how I ordered the sandwich and charged me $4 more. The worker said she couldn't do anything about it. Terrible customer service. This isn't the first problem I've had from this exact location either. The last time they ran out of a certain bread that I ordered and just decided to put it on a different type of bread and not even tell me, handed me the sandwich, I paid and then went back. There wasn't a manager on duty during that visit so I wasn't able to get refunded then either. I will never eat subway again.

Please listen to the reviews and take your money elsewhere. On top of the hazardous environment the service is horrendous. There are construction tools, wood, and saw dust all exposed to the food. I submitted an online order, the restaurant was empty but i still waited more than 10 min for my order, which wasn't the issue. I got half way home and realized items were missing, I took an uber and the driver was gracious enough to turn around. Once home I realized my order was wrong, I immediately called because I was willing to order another uber to get my correct sandwich ( i don't eat pork). Cali the cashier told me NO, she said call back in the morning for a manager for a refund. I called the next day and the manager GAIL offered me a $5 gift card, these people are a joke. On top of the cashier was jittery and appeared tweaked out, please save your money and headache, at this point starving is better
