I ordered on the app. Changed pick up to lawrence kansas. Town I was in at the time! The app changed itself to pick up in Topeka even tho i was standing in the Lawrence store! Called and asked the guy to nicely cancel it so i can have it remade where I was and he was very rude about it! Told him to just trash my food and i went without dinner!

Stopped eating here several years ago because they would not give good portions of meat and vegetables. Years ago I asked for more lettuce on my salad and he added 3 slivers of lettuce. Come on lettuce. Well today I went back. Notice no price listed for double meat but I ordered the fitness avocado and steak with 50% more meat. Lowest amount of meat I have ever had. He was very pushy about double meat, bacon, avocado. It comes with avocado. I asked for spinach and got 3 leaves. Asked for a water and they gave me a water cup but there is no where to fill it.

Horrible Experience. These people have absolutely business making a sandwich. My girlfriend and I spent a ton of money on our footlongs 13+ dollars each and received less than $1 worth of meat on them and disgusting severely under ripe tomatoes that were ha4d and not even red!!! Total scam!!!

Upon leaving the store, this place smelled so good so I stopped in to grab a sandwich before I got home with my groceries. And when I sat down to eat my sandwich, I now understand why the worker asked me if I wanted double meat. There is no meat in the sandwich like none. It’s a sandwich of veggies. I’m very disappointed. It amazes me how far a chain restaurant the different locations are all completely different. I won’t be eating at this one again. Oh and one more thing, the lettuce was so white and brown. I never even asked for a sandwich.

Tried to get a refund because I ordered in the wrong place. They told me to call customer service, didn’t work. The individual restaurant is supposed to refund me. They never refunded me.

I ordered 4 footlong sandwiches yesterday, Thursday the 10th (July). One of the CCC's didn't have much for veggies 😐 My Aunts ( they shared the footlong ) were very disappointed 😟‼️ from now on I guess I'll have to ask for double the veggies.

Having updated hours on Google and the Subway app would great. Closed 15 minutes before I placed the order, after checking the hours. Would've saved me time driving out here and figuring out to process get the refund.

I won’t go back to this subway in Walmart. I have been here 3-4 times and the gentlemen working are always pushy about upselling you additional items that you don’t ask for. If you say no, they try to joke and give you grief about not buying an extra cookie or drink. Give me what I order, and don’t continuously try to pressure people to get more sales. You’d think they were cad salesmen. Not only that but it wasn’t very clean as food was all over the floor.

Parking: Handicap parking available, the parking is shared with Walmart.

Kid-friendliness: Smaller portions for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Close to main doors, and handicap parking,all on lower level.
