I ordered online at 6:10 and it said it would be ready at 6:25. I’m sitting here inside at 7:20 and they haven’t even started making my food.

Ordered two sandwiches from the app 1-10-25 in the afternoon. They were ready for pickup as scheduled. Toppings for sandwiches randomly placed on the wrong ones. Honey mustard was not on the honey barbecue chicken it was on the club.

Definitely not what I ordered. Things happen but $35 is still $35.

Will still go back I just won’t be risking using the app anymore. The employee was friendly and definitely working hard. Sheesh though. Get the girl some help.

It truly is a shame that you don't accept coupons. I'm from the south side of Topeka, and in order for me to use my coupons, I have to go to the north side of Topeka. I would say that it's not the person who was working. Problem, that is the store problem period. I do wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors, but it will not be me.

I placed an order through the app but when I arrived, nothing was ready and they let me know that they didn’t want to make my order so they canceled it now I have to wait up to a week for my $22 refund.
What really took me out though is that they offered to make my order and just charge me again since I was now in store.

Dietary restrictions: I guess they have options for dietary restrictions, but It’s Subway so you know it’s all just chemicals

The Subways in Topeka need serious help with trianing staff managers or getting better staff all the way around.
There is a common rule with food services " If you wouldn't serve it to your family/friends then don't serve it to customers."
I have ordered from all the locations since 2015 and I have never recieved quality food.
The bread is stale or to hard on the top. (Not fresh)
The vegetables (lettuce, cheese etc) is usually fresh, but the meat has lost its flavor.
I will not order from Subway here local for delivery EVER AGAIN.
I will consider going in to eat that way if it's not up to standard I can let them know right then and get a refund.

I ordered 60 mini sandwiches the day before and when I called the store before the time they were supposed to be done none had been made. No biggie right. Well when I got there they had not been started and I had to wait a hour for them to be made which in return has made me late for my event.

The female manager is very rude and needs to learn that she was trained by an employee who could do circles around her. My bread was hard and flaky, the sandwich I bought was supposed to have double ingredients but she only made the cheaper one. It was supposed to be a pro sandwich which is quite a bit higher in value. So what I ended up getting was a waste of time. Common here.

Vegetarian options: They are limited and with the tuna not really being tuna, I don't know that I would trust it.

Parking: You might get luck and get a space if it's outside of busy hours which is random for this location

Had the best subway sandwiches made at this location tonight! Christina made our subs perfectly! ? Give that women a RAISE!! Not only does she make amazing subs she has to “babysit” the teenagers that work there. I have never met such disrespectful kids until tonight.

I am updating a review from six years agos that was very good then. I come here frequently and have even during the covid years. Staff have changed but this is still a great Subway. Staff are good at their work, friendly and helpful. I get what I order which is the same as received in other Subways across the midwest.. The place has always been clean when I visit. I do a few reviews from time to time, and I do not know nor am I related to any of the workers. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to any friend or family. Keep up the good work!

Ps. Please bring back spicy mustard.

This subway is always a disappointment. Every single time I go here it never fails the workers never add the toppings I requested. This location is close where I can run on my lunch break but I will never return. This is not the first time and I don't order anything crazy just the usual toppings lettuce tomato pickle olives. But always get a sandwich with only lettuce. Do better workers

Ordered online. Guess the Subway on SW Topeka Blvd was out of Red onions, Banana Peppers, Mayo, Oil and Vinegar and Parmesan Cheese.....Ordered 2 footlongs asking for these ingredients on both and neither of them had it on there. One footlong had black olives on it that we didn't want. Quality has really gone downhill. Should have just made my own since I had to finish making/correcting them after I got home anyway. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
