Went through the drive through, screen was not working correctly. Sandwich bread was hard and crumbled when I tried to bit into it. I removed the bread and ate the contents because I was at work by then a didn't have a choice. The worst sandwich I have ever had!

We ordered 9 sandwiches and one salad on the app. We placed the order with 3 hours notice. We showed up 5 minutes after the requested time just to make sure they were done. 3 sandwiches were missing. None of the sandwiches were labeled so they didn’t know which ones weren’t there. 2 orders or the 11 were correct. They messed up 7 sandwiches and a salad. Paying for guac and not getting it is not my favorite situation. The veggies were fine/fresh, but not at all what was ordered. After returning to hand out the orders we noticed how incorrect they were. I called the manager and was told they could only do a refund if I came back to the store. I didn’t have enough time as I was already there 30 minutes while they finished, hence the mobile order. I could not be more disappointed in the whole situation.

Workers must have been high, because I ordered a bottle of Coke, and I got a diet Coke bottle, when I asked for a Normal he got really confused, he gave me a large fountain drink, and I noticed too late that it was another Diet Coke. I also asked for an unsweetened ice tea, got sweet tea. Got a completely wrong Sandwich 1. No cheese 2. Not Double Meats 3. Wrong toppings 4. Completely Wrong Sandwich. We were the only one there, and it took 15 minutes to get food. We were in the drive through by the way.
