Employee stopped making my order to talk to their coworkers. Usually I wouldn’t mind workers chitchatting because they are human too and have a social life as well but they were there for a good conversation and stopped half way of making my sandwich while I was standing there very awkwardly looking at my sad sandwich.

Ordered online and they completely messed up the order. Flipped everything around on the two sandwiches I had ordered and there was things missing from both. I don't get how you mess up that badly while reading the order. The store was entirely dead when I showed up so it wasn't a case of being rushed. Just lack of common sense.

Put barely any meat on the sub when it was suppose to be 2x meat, didn’t add the cheese or onions. Employees were on their phone. Wouldn’t order from this subway again. This is a sad excuse for a sandwich.

I got 2 different turkey titan subs at 2 different dates, both were made horribly, they gave me barely any meat and basically no veggies, on one of the subs they put a single slice of cheese ?, and they also basically burnt the bread

As I approached the drive thru menu, I saw an employee sitting on the ground smoking or vaping. I proceeded to order, then drove around to the window. No one came to the window for 10 minutes. I called the restaurant and asked them if they were open. He said he didn't hear "it go off". So, I assumed that they would make my order. No one came for the next 7 minutes, so I left and went somewhere else.

Food is good, just depends on who serves it to you. It feels very unclean and unsanitary here, as each time me and my family ordered we have gotten sick. I ordered a sandwich from doordash and I feel like I was drugged!!! Was immediately drousy and felt like I was high after that, and I only got the veggie delight!

After putting on the meat and cheese, I expected to have a nice full sandwich with all the vegetables. I hardly had anything on the sandwich even the lettuce was skimpy when you asked for veggies you only got a few items. For the price you pay for a sandwich you'd think you could get a full sandwich. Extremely disappointed in the service and the sandwich. Next time I will try a different Subway to see if they'll all be the same now. I didn't even get full on a 12 in sandwich.
Vegetarian options: You won't get very much on your sandwich so don't expect much.

If I could leave negative stars I would... Went through drive through and sat there for 30 minutes.. A guy looked out the window and disappeared.. Decided to go inside and when I got to the front of the building said guy was sitting outside smoking.. Keep in mind 4 people were in the line... I go inside there are 3 people inside and 2 works working as slow as a person can... There is no reason it should have taken over 45 minutes to get 1 sandwich...

I ordered my sandwich on Artisan bread and my Uber driver had to call me when he arrived so he could hand them his phone so they could tell me they didn't have white bread then I had ordered #20 suppose to be grilled chicken was fried chicken. Worst experience I have ever had with a Subway and I order 3 times a month. May have to rethink my sandwich shop.
