Haven't been to a subway in a long time so was very pleasantly surprised to see how well and easy their app was to use. When I got to the store, everything was ready and waiting. Great experience, really good sub and great service.
Love the BMT, and the Turkey, and the Ham, and the Tuna, with all those veggies! Yum!

Kid-friendliness: Asked the employee to.warm up just the bacon on the sandwich which seemed to upset him then when it came time to finish the sandwich the bacon was just thrown on the sandwich not laid down and spread out on the sandwich not very impressed with the service

Watched an obviously budget conscious elderly man go through the line in front of me, shuffle stepping, alone. Went to pay and tried to hand the cashier subway coupons that were obviously legitimate. Oh, we don't take coupons here. Oh, he said, clearly disappointed, without argument, then I can't pay for the sandwich. He turned and left. Subway doesn't take subway coupons? False advertising? Fraud? Certainly not empathetic . What was the right thing to do? I'm sure the staff will eat his sandwich on break. Sad day in Topeka.

My daughter and I stopped here and the lady was so friendly and going along with our craziness. We got our food and was on our way in no time. Didn't get the lady's name, but it was a nice stop on our trip. We stopped on May 4th at 10am. Thank you

Horrible Management! Thank you Corbin for being such a helpful employee. Ask to toast all the sandwiches none was toasted. Waste of money and time. I called and told them not there fault. Never again.
I have always enjoyed coming here and have always loved the customer service. Typically it seems like high school teens work here and they usually do a good job. My husband and I come in this subway about once a week. I usually get the Italian B.M.T and my husband gets the Club. This last Tuesday I was rather very disappointed and disgusted when I came home from this subway. I had walked in there greeted with a smile and a "What can I get you". I ordered my usual and left with it to go. As soon as I got home my husband started pulling out the sandwiches from its sack. He unwrapped his sandwich and took his first bite. As soon as he started chewing he had a look of disgust on his face. He opened up the sandwich and found pubic hairs in the sandwich. GROSS!! This is something I would never expect coming from this subway. After this occurrence, we will not be coming back. At least for a while. We are very disgusted and disappointed with our last visit there.
