Came to this location yesterday and noticed that the drive through was busy so I walked in to get some food for myself and two sons. Got a drink at the time of ordering, which was nice and proceeded to wait. And wait I did, saw a steady stream of cars going through the drive through... I waited 15 mins for my food. Nope. I got my refund and left. Also witnessed the cook come up wearing their gloves to use the register and got back to cooking without replacing their gloves. Sanity issues at this place. Not going back there again

GOT MY ORDER WRONG WAS CHARGES FOR A LOADED NACHOS BUT DIDNT ACTUALY GET THEM ALSO CHARGED FOR AN EXTRA TACO AND CHEESY POTATO AND OY GOT ONE OF 3 CHEESY ROLL UPS.. HOW EVER WHEN CALLING AND SPEAKING WITH MANAGER THE WROTE IT DOWN AND ADDED FREE CINNABONS VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND RESPECTFUL STAFF
Worst Taco Bell ever!! I had a brand new $25 gift card that I wanted to use but it wasn’t working. So I went up to the front and the gentleman behind the counter wasn’t a gentleman at all!! He was very rude over the card not working (was not either of our faults but that doesn’t give him the excuse to be mean) and got mad when I asked him to repeat his questions to me (I’m hard of hearing). He didn’t offer any suggestions as to what to do next and just stared at me the whole time. Also another employee bumped into my friend and was being an ass about it. 0/10, as someone who works in customer service this was a horrible experience. Will be going to a different location.
I’m actually standing in the lobby as I write this review, the staff has no professionalism, as in at all. They are yelling curse words constantly, and don’t seem to have any real care. Been here for 15min and not a single person, of which I have seen and heard 5 different people working, have said or done anything with the 6 of us customers currently sitting here. I’d recommend a different Taco Bell

Terribly slow they don’t even follow how Taco Bell is supposed to do orders , it’s online orders first then dine in and lastly drive through …. I order pick up online and have to wait 20 min for my food it’s stupid

Got in drive thru at 8:53 and order was taken at 8:57, but didn't get food until 9:10. Meat on soft taco was so greasy that went through wrapper and bag. Was not given straw for drink/no napkins or taco sauce either. Ordered a Lux Meat and forgot to let you know cheese dip cup was only half full. Kind of disappointed with experience.
