Been here several times in the past without issue til tonight. Store is not clean. Far from it. Soda machine covered in trash, tables not clean, looks like it hasnt been swept since lunch time.. Staff doesn't seem to have ANY clue what they're doing. 7 people ahead of me inside and 2 that had to come back, back to back, cuz their order was wrong. Will not return to this location in the future.

I ordered on kiosk waited in silence about 25 minutes, I go up ask about my order and age brings a big bag up I said hun I ordered 4 boxes can they put my food in boxes. I ended up waiting 10 more minutes and I got 3 boxes n 3 bags of b.s. The only nice person was the tall brother with the hat salt pepper hair nice as can be.

They got my order wrong as usual but with that said what I did get tasted good just wasn't what I wanted.
Terrible service. Shook my drink up when I asked for light ice and didn't even fill it all the way. Probably spit in it. Then..they didn't give me all my food. Had to go back through the drive thru to get my enchilada burrito which they made me wait 30 minutes for. Got home and all my food was ice cold. The drive thru workers laughed at me at the window like it was funny. Also..my supreme $7 box has no sour cream on the taco.
This is the worst Taco Bell ever. The line always takes 30 minutes and they ALWAYS forget part of your order. Save yourself the headache and take every single thing out of the bag and check before you drive away because I guarantee they forgot something. This is what happens when you pay your employees poverty wages.

As a former employee, I'm beyond disappointed how this company focuses more on times than it does getting orders right. First off, 3 box meals should NOT be fit into 1 bag to where it tears upon pass off. Second, having around 5 chips in a chips and cheese? Unacceptable. I had three half empty bags of chips. But what REALLY grinds my gears is not getting what I paid for. If I pay for sour cream and tomatoes, I SHOULD GET SOUR CREAM AND TOMATOES. Five tacos, and not one of them got sour cream and tomatoes.Get your acts together.

Worst taco bell I have ever been to..wait times for food were ridiculous. One gentleman asked about his order and was told his order just got pushed to the back for asking after 25 minutes.staff laughing about dropping food on floor. Had we not paid online we would have left.
