If I could give this place a 0 I would. The staff is terrible, unpleasant and just goof off. They act like you're ruining their whole day by walking to a food place and ordering. You know like their entire job. Takes like 30 minutes to get cold, stale food. They need to hire better employees. Will never go back
Not enough employees, extremely understaffed. Waiting hr+ for fast food is ridiculous
Close this location if you can’t adequately staff it. These poor employees are constantly struggling.

I always have a great experience here. Whether it's breakfast or late at night, the drive thru employees are very friendly! My breakfast crunchwrap and Hashbrown always turns out perfect!

Initially went inside, but was ignored by staff as they cut up with their friends/customers inside the store. The lobby was full of people waiting so we decided to just go through the drive through, which was clearly a mistake. I waited upwards of 30 minutes by the time I got to the window. Also, when I looked through the window, I saw my lane time was started 2 minutes before hand. I have worked in fast food. Completely ridiculous.

We were waiting in the drive thru for around 15 minutes at the speaker before we were helped, proceeded to have to wait at the window for another 20, then were asked multiple times what our order was at the window, and employees do not seem to be good at communication with each other, making everything take longer for each customer.

I dont think I have EVER gotten a correct order here. Something is always missing. And by always I mean ALWAYS. Its actually getting increasingly annoying.

The staff didn’t order correctly and after I had come back to receive help and assistance from the manager just for the correction to still be incorrect. What kind of service are you providing if you can’t even listen to the costumer. And although upset, I remained within composure , it’s sad to see the status to which the service has fell to in general pertaining to Topeka.

We ordered in store at the kiosk and waited for half an hour while never hearing our order name being called out all the while our order was completed sitting on the mobile order stand getting cold we ordered two aqua refrescas and the man behind the counter simply handed us two empty cups and walked away

Genuinely got to be the slowest restaurant in all of Topeka, morning, afternoon, evening, night doesn't matter always a line that will chug half a tank of gas at the minimum.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but wow this place is something else… we ordered food for pick up, paid on the app, went to pick up (got there 1 minute after it said it was complete) and they said that the order was already completed/picked up. When my husband asked for a refund they gave him a phone number and said there’s nothing else they can do… terrible customer service!!
