30+ mins in the drive thru is beyond ridiculous (20 of that was just with two cars ahead of me) and because of the way it’s designed you can’t even opt for leaving because it’s taking so long. I will drive clear across town from here on out in hopes that the service moves faster than a sloth.

Had some not good experiences in the past but went yesterday at 630 and had the best service ever and the food was made perfectly thanks for the awesome experience ill be back soon

Waited half on hour just for it to be wrong. You're making burritos... It's all pre-cooked..... If I took more than 5 monites as a line cook I was spoken to, and that's cooking food from scratch. Lazy people need to stop working in food just because it's easy.....

I order online because it is very convenient for me. The picture shows what time I arrived and what time I got my food and left. When people came in and ordered from the kiosk and received their food before me I got very irritated. When I finally got my food I was missing one of my Doritos Cheesy Gordita Crunches so I had more waiting time. The manager did not walk out of the office once to see if everything was ok.
Clean dining area, all up to date, no trash or nasty tables. Food is always made fresh and correctly (even when modified/requests are made). Their baja blast soda syrup was unfortunately out my last trip there, so I knock a star for that, cause why else go? Lol 5/5

Very very... VERY unprofessional!Slow Slow... SLOW as hell.In the middle of talking my order the cashier started talking to one of the workers about his weekend and had to ask me what i said again.All the remodel did was put lipstick on a pig.
