Every location is amazing. We walked out on Gordon Ramsey steak after a horrible experience to come for this one and it was amazing as usual. Fast quick friendly service.
This is one of my favorite places to enjoy a steak meal. I love the singing, dancing, birthday shout outs, and overall atmosphere.

Not sure when they changed their chili recipe but I used to really like it. First, it used to have no beans. All meat, like actual Texas chili. It also says "no beans" on the menu but there were pinto beans in it. I can only assume this is a cost savings measure. It also used to taste good. This was barely OK. Edible is the best I can say about it. I won't order their chili again.

Usually, we have nothing but great food and service. But this last time, I was not impressed. Chili has changed, and the steaks were either undercooked or overcooked with no seasoning.

Didn't get my complete order but the food was good. Was a busy night but was disappointed I didn't get my appetizer. 2 bartenders didn't seem to have things j for control. Yes it was busy but not so busy to not handle business. But TR never really disappoints so at least the food I did have was good.
Ordered fried chicken critter salad to go which I normally love when I travel. Get back to my hotel, unpack and find that instead of dressing they gave me 4 butters. I called and the manager proceeded to tell me I had ranch dressing in the bag which I kept disputing. She wanted me to come back to pick up the dressing. I’m declined so she said well what else would you like me to do. Being extremely frustrated at this time I said just forget it and hung up. I wanted her to offer to bring me the dressing or credit my bill because who wants a salad without dressing. I should have checked my bag instead of trusting someone did their job. $14 wasted.

Very nice server doing her best considering how busy the place was. I ordered Bacon cheeseburger with the bacon to be crispy and my burger well done. The bacon was extremely soggy and full of fat and the inside of my burger was completely pink. I didn't reorder I just paid for my fries. A table next to me also I overheard all had to send three steaks back that we're burnt. The manager was nice and did apologize I got a coupon for an appetizer but that's all. A little surprising but it was a Saturday and they were busy so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.
